Skråmträsk Kvarn — Local services in Skellefteå kommun

We have been very loyal customers to Skråmträsk Kvarn for many years ago, every time we go we consume a lot, all sorts of the food they sell. Also my photos I have shared here, they have collected many viewers and I'm sure I have given a great advertising to this place for the Google maps users and so. The last time we were there, it wasn't any pleasant, first of all, the young lady who was there on Sunday, never really greet to us, instead just give us a very bland gaze. Sadly even the owner didn't greet either maybe we were expecting so much as always the owner greets us so nicely. The food was very disappointing it tasted old, we could just buy dessert because they have already stopped serving warm meals at that time, it was awkward because another group of people who arrived at least 20 minutes after us, got what it seemed to be warm food. It would be good to know when they newly bake and we could give another chance to the food, hopefully will be better. One thing more, try to update your meny en the website, since past Sunday the lady who didn't greet to us, also told me something not so polite when I asked what about that bake with mango? I couldn't remember the name, I elated it past year and it was still in the meny, so she gave me a very strange look and said: I have never heard that one, I think you must be confused... I see this type of answers and attitude it's so typical in many Swedish people, as i come from a cutlure were we greet, smile, and know who to treat people, this type of impolite behaviors are still a bit uncomfortable to face. I strongly recommend to work more in the empathy towards customers, among other things. I hope the quality of the food hadn't decreased, since we really enjoyed in the past...

Recently visited and unfortunately was not satisfied. When you enter, it's not clear where to go when you already have a reservation and a time. No one is there to greet you at the door and explain that you first order your pizza at the register and then find a seat. A little confusing but okay. Then the salad that is offered.... shredded carrots and cabbage was confusing. Is it a typical Swedish thing to have with pizza? A nice green salad different toppings would be very nice especially since we drove about 20 minutes to get there. It just looked sad. I got tea and it quickly got cold. My companion also said that her coffee was cold by the time we sat down. The pizzas were also ... umm, "different"? The crust was very strange and super hard to cut. I'm not sure what it was made of but I didn't enjoy the taste. I thought it would be a wood fire oven and made the typical Italian way, but it's not. I had the beetroot pizza and it was strange flavors. My companion said her pizza was very salty. Our other friend didn't finish hers. I'm not sure why everyone suggested this place to us as now I wonder what kind of pizzas they like? We all agreed that unfortunately we won't be going back next year. 3 aug 2024 Härligt cafe inrymt i en gammal kvarnbyggnad. Många sittplatser både inne och ute. Fikade ostsmörgås, bärtasmörgås och kokosmazarin med gott kaffe därtill. Ett cafe man gärna stannar till om man har vägarna förbi. En del gammal kvarnutrustning finns kvar att beskåda.
