Filmstaden — Local services in Stockholm

Mixed bag. The new projecting rooms are great and I have no complaints with them, however the old ones always have a badly centered projection and/or dead pixels. Recently they lowered the price of all tickets which makes this an attractive choice if you're on a budget, but if it's a movie you care about or should be viewed on a really big screen I'd say avoid any screening from rooms other than salong 1, 2 and 3. I saw mad max furiousa today in salong 3 and for 99kr I really can't complain the screen looked great, it didn't have dolby sound like täby or MoS but it was still...

A good cinema, which we visited on January 1st because nothing else was open. We watched the movie Wonka, English with Swedish subtitles (the only way we could because we don't speak Swedish). Cool projection, comfortable seating, we were almost the only ones in the whole hall. The cinema is neat, clean, a large store of sweets, popcorn and everything else is located in front of the cinema, which we were pleasantly surprised by, considering where we come from, we don't have that much choice of food when it comes to the cinema. Lobby: sliten lokal och dålig skött. Flertalet avstängda tv skärmar och olika tjocklekar inte alls symmetriskt och fint för en bioentre. Känns inte mysigt allt att kliva in i Filmstaden här.

Utbud: det må ha varit det absolut sämsta utbudet av alla andra biosalonger. Särskilt när man uppmanar kunder att inte ta med sig eget. Ej färskt godis.

Lokalen: slitna, avstängda och ej fräscha toalettutrymmen.

Salong: Lika så salong 10 var ej städat innan filmen där man klev på skräp och kladd vid armstöd. Kopphållarnas utformning gör att mellan storlek fastnar och är inte lätt att dra upp med en hand. Utöver detta var ljudet alldeles för lågt i denna salong. Här hördes allt runtom bättre än filmen. På bioduken såg man tydligt ett mönster eller sträck under filmens hela förlopp.

Allt som allt är det tydligt att denna filmstad ägs av någon som inte bryr sig om den tjänst man erbjuder.
