The Langwieser Viaduct is a single track reinforced concrete railway bridge spanning the Plessur River and the Sapünerbach, near Langwies, in the Canton of Graubünden, Switzerland. It was designed by Hermann Schürch and constructed between 1912 and 1914 by Eduard Züblin for the Chur–Arosa railway.

Very nice bridge, lit up in the winter nights. Amazing for long exposure photography from spots available easily from the railway station.

Trains come at 10 before the hour and 5 after, the first ones going up the line, the second coming down.

Around winter time, I'd suggest to come at about 5:50PM, allowing for pictures of the train coming down, and long exposure photography at 6:30PM, about when the sky light is almost gone. Then take the train back down at 7:05PM. Those time frames may not work in other seasons than...
