We walked from Beatenberg to Gemmenalphorn and it was amazing. It took about 5 hours round-trip, and we took a lot of breaks. The views were fantastic and breathtaking, even though it was a cloudy day. We passed through two pasture full of cows, who were friendly and curious. The last part of the hike was quite steep and rocky, good shoes are important...

A beautiful mountain peak along a popular hiking trail. We passed over Gemmenalphorn on our hike from Niederhorn to Habkern and the views are not to be missed. Definitely worth taking the longer of the two main trails to bypass through this...

I walked from Habkern to Gemmenalphorn and further to Burgfeldstand. Beginning of June 2019 there was still a lot of snow, and at a steep slope close to the summit I was glad to have brought my ice axe. Fantastic views to the...

We walked from Beatenberg to Gemmenalphorn and it was amazing. It took about 5 hours round-trip, and we took a lot of breaks. The views were fantastic and breathtaking, even though it was a cloudy day. We passed through two pasture full of cows, who were friendly and curious. The last part of the hike was quite steep and rocky, good shoes are important for this walk.

Quite a walk but manageable for semi experienceds too. Unbelieveable view and a grate chance to come realy close to some chamois.
