Bostg - one of the nicest hiking destinations in Disentis. You can reach it from Sedrun, Segnas with some uphill hiking or from Caischavedra cable car with a more or less on-level hike through the Segnas valley. At Bostg you have great views in all directions, a large sunny plateau for a break. Also possible make it a round trip and combine cable car with trains at nearly all start/and points...
