Terrible transport from from ground to stop 1 and stop 1 to stop 2. Due to too many people in the cabine. The max is 52 but the machine guy easily puts 60 people in it. We paid 150 euro (2 adults and 1 kid 14 yrs) and could not enjoy the ride. We made a complain but the person at the time did not offer an apology or whatsoever. Horrible service. You can't enjoy the ride, because your standing with 50 people stuck in a small cabine. You cannot see the view because of this and it's crazy to stand side by side with people you don't know. Only at the 2 stations it's possible to have a view of the beautiful surroundings. We were afraid because of this ridiculous ride we would have Corona and yes indeed 3 days later we are sick, having Corona.. Ir was really a disappointing ending of our vacation. The person at the desk was not cooperative at all..Cash cow, you pay €60/per person for this...

This rating is just for the corona safety measures of the Stockhornbahn. Aside from masks and the obligatory hand sanitizer, there are none! You get squeezed into the gondola like sardines. I felt like in the London subway during rush hour before COVID-19! I would have gladly waited another 20-30 min for the gondola, so that it can run on half capacity but no way, even without a waiting crowd you will be squeezed in without consideration of distance rules. Shame on...
