I came here the first and rainy Saturday morning of the month of May 2025. The door was closed but a sign encouraged me to ring the bell and to my surprise, a very friendly Mr Dorsaz answered me from his office and came to open the door to his premises. I was on the search for wine made from the local grape variant Galotta, that I have never tasted previously and left with a case plus, very generously, a 7th bottle as a gift. I was recommended to put it in my wine cellar for at least a year which is kind of unfortunate...
