Wish I read these reviews prior to my experience. We booked round trip travel from Milano Malpensa to Riva de Garda. I paid 796 euro round trip. Both legs were in two different vehicles each with broken air conditioning. We sweated the whole way. On the outbound the driver who showed (with malfunctioning AC) up did not match the name of the driver sent to us by the company. And everyone acted like I was overreacting by questioning this. On the return journey the vehicle was literally disgusting. Like something out of a comedy skit where the creative director tried to exaggerate a dirty, rattling, put together with duct tape van from 1989 war zone with pine air fresheners hanging. The cloth benches in the "van" were filthy from previous passengers sweating in the vehicle. The company responded with a sub-standard 150euro refund offer. My credit card company got me a credit for half the original fee. Thanks Citi.

DO NOT USE Alps2Alps. After a flight cancellation, they canceled our booking without any consideration for rescheduling the next day. They were able to however book a NEW reservation for an extra €350. This left my wife, 18 month old son and I stranded. What they know is airlines will pay customers for lost money if their flight is rescheduled. Alps2Alps exploits this vulnerability out of customers, knowing that the airline will have to compensate in the end. It’s completely wrong and bad practice. I’ve used other transfer companies who reschedule no problem. If you want any piece of mind on your trip, DO NOT USE Alps2Alps.

Last minute booking unavailable online. So booking yourself is not possible then. Fine. They refer to a phone number. Find. Does not exist. Pre annoyed. Other number tells you to send an email. Still havent had a tranfer but let me show you this... ...they were happy to help!! Rude in a funny way. So let me reward you with a review that is sort of rude and sort of funny in return ✌️

I will never use this company again!

TL;DR: Booked a private transfer, and the driver was over 2.5 hours late! This delay almost caused us to miss our flight. The company offered zero help during the ordeal and no compensation afterward.

I booked a private transfer from Val Claret to Geneva Airport on 2025-12-29 at 19:00 for three people.

At 19:00, we stood at the arranged meeting point, phoned the driver to let him know where we were, and asked how long it would take him to arrive. He apologized and said he would be 30 minutes late.

At 19:20, we phoned him again to confirm, and he said he would arrive by 20:00. Then, 10 minutes later, he texted to say he would actually arrive by 21:00—two hours after our arranged pickup time.

Why did he and the company wait until 19:00 to inform us of this? If we had received earlier warning, we might have had time to make other arrangements.

We tried phoning Alps2Alps customer service to explain that we were stranded outside in the cold, that this delay would massively increase our late check-in fee at a hotel near the airport (before catching a flight at 05:00), and that they needed to help us find another driver. After spending about 30 minutes on hold, we got through to someone who said there was nothing they could do and that we simply had to wait it out. After more persistence, they grudgingly offered us a refund of less than a third of the transfer's cost (which, needless to say, we are still waiting to receive).

The lies that the driver was "just 2 minutes away" continued from 20:50 until he finally showed up just after 21:30. Thank god we didn’t have a flight that same evening, or we would have...

Last week I had the pleasure of using Alps2Alps for a shuttle service from Geneva airport to my chalet in Val Thorens, and I am compelled to share my exceptional experience. From the moment I stepped off my flight, the service provided by Alps2Alps was top-notch. The driver assigned to my shuttle exhibited outstanding professionalism, making the journey from Geneva to Val Thorens not only comfortable but also enjoyable. The driver's polite demeanor and attentive nature were immediately evident. Throughout the trip, they demonstrated a high level of courtesy and consideration, ensuring that every passenger felt at ease. The driver's excellent communication skills further enhanced the overall experience, making the journey a pleasant one. What truly stood out was the driver's exceptional driving manner. The journey through the Alps can be challenging, but the driver navigated the roads with utmost skill and confidence. Their focus on safety was evident, and I felt secure and relaxed throughout the scenic drive. The vehicle itself was well-maintained and comfortable, contributing to the overall positive experience. The combination of a courteous and skilled driver, along with a comfortable ride, made my transfer from Geneva to Val Thorens seamless and enjoyable. I am a long-standing and loyal client of Alps2Alps, and I highly commend Alps2Alps for providing an excellent shuttle service, and I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone in need of reliable and comfortable transportation in the Alpine region. Thank you for exceeding my expectations and ensuring a memorable...

We took a return trip from Geneva to Meribel. The outgoing trip was superb- the driver was friendly and even brought some sweets for my two young boys. Unfortunately the return trip was an absolute nightmare.

The return driver showed up 15 minutes late with no apology given. The booster seat we requested for our eldest (4 years old) was soaking wet so we had no option but to put him in a normal seat, the child seat for our 2 year old had no harness- it only used the standard seatbelt. The drive home was horrendous- the driver was clearly late for later jobs so raced down the mountain roads despite our repeated requests to slow down or else our children would be car sick. His reply- "i hope you packed bags for them to be sick in".

Once we got to the faster roads the driver then drove so aggressively and recklessly he almost caused 2 accidents at which point I had to shout for him to slow down. His reaction? Shout back telling us we thought we were the center of the world. I reminded him we were paying customers and I expected him to drive my family safely and accordingly back to the airport.

I raised a complain to Alps2Alps who replied with a standard answer that day but a year later have still to answer me. I will never use this...
