Early in January when the weather felt very spring-like, we thought it’ll be possible to get up to the peak. We were right but we were also not the only ones. We met many people on the way up and also down going to the peak like us, and even one trail runner. The view this time of the year was just magnificent! It’s definitely a more difficult hike with the residual snow but with a lot of care and caution, it was well...

A wonderful hike with friends. It's a little easier than Rautispitz even though Rautispitz is considered a "Mountain hiking trail" and. Fronalpstock is considered an "Alpine hiking trail" The challenging sections have chains ⛓️ permanently fixed to help you on your accent and decent. Another wonderful feature of this hike was the flowers and beautiful views so leave extra time to enjoy all that...
