The glacier is the highest part of the resort. During the winter, the snow holds better up there than on other mountain slopes, which are sometimes south-facing and therefore have softer snow. We recommend a guide or instructor to safely explore the different spots based on your personal technical level.

A due passi da Crans Montana. Si consiglia di prendere la funivia. Almeno nell' ultimo tratto. È molto complicato da fare a piedi. Il rientro verso Crans, specialmente dopo essere si l scesi dalla prima cabinovia, è fattibile e anche molto bello da fare a piedi. In generale il ghiacciaio e stupendo e una volta arrivati in alta quota sembra di essere arrivati sulla luna. È davvero un posto da non perdere assolutamente se si va nelle parti di Crans Montana. Inoltre se si alloggia a Crans Montana si ha diritto alla My Explorer Card che permette di pagare il biglietto andata/ritorno solo 19 CHF.
