Monte Boglia — Local services in Lugano

Well worth the hike. We walked from Gandria car park to Monte Boglia, the round trip took 4.5 hours in total, the first 5.5 miles to the top were all uphill. I recommend starting early to avoid midday August sun! There are two routes to the top (as signposted from Bre) the slightly shorter route involves less kept paths and a bit of a scramble.
