Great skiing for small children and absolute beginners, there are basically no adult slopes here. The sledding run on the other hand is frequented by people of all ages, including a share of teenagers and young adults who have absolutely no brakes or don't know how to use them, endangering themselves and others.

Note that the place is very low-tech, e.g. you can only pay cash for the ski pass, which is basically a piece of paper with a stamp. But they do have...

Really nice place to get into the mountains for nice hikes. There's lots of different directions you can head in from here including st jost and gotschalkenberg. I can't spell the others :)

This is also a great place to take your dogs for walkies on lead of course.

I'm new here but in winter I believe they small scale skiing going on too. I've seen a button lift but not sure what else there is.

Schade, einfach nur schade Also wirklich: 5 Franken (pro Person) für einen gedeckten Tisch mit billigen Papierservietten. Für die “notleidende Gastrobranche” 1 weiterer Franken (ohne Angabe, wohin dann das Geld genau fliesst). Obendrauf wird selbstverständlich auch noch Wasser zusätzlich verrechnet und für einen zweiten Löffel beim Dessert Fr. 2.50. Man hat das Gefühl, dem Chef sind Gäste zu mühsam, lieber hätte er, es würden gar keine kommen. Diese Atmosphäre verdirbt das gute Essen und die traumhafte Aussicht. Wir kommen nie wieder und werden den Ort auch nicht weiterempfehlen. Am Nebentisch sass ein Paar mit Grossmutter, die zahlten 15 Franken extra für das Gedeck.
