Skiservice Engadin St. Moritz, Corviglia — Local services in Sankt Moritz

AWFUL experience at this ski rental shop. After renting all my ski gear, they rented out my boots to someone else. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, the staff attempted to gaslight me and became aggressive ( specially the guy with tattoos - manager of the store)

When I asked for the email of a manager or supervisor to address the atrocious customer service, one of the employees, covered in tattoos, laughed in my face, “ I’m the manager” joined by his other Italian colleague. They displayed an attitude that was unprofessional from the very start.

I never write anything negative, but I feel I have to share my experience. I was in the store waiting for my turn to pay for some items when I witnessed the staff poorly treating two customers. They laughed at them and humiliated them in front of others, which was truly uncomfortable to watch.

I spoke with the guys, and apparently, they rented their skis to someone else. I even advised them to report this to the police, as it was completely unacceptable. I felt really bad for those guys, and it left a sour taste in my mouth about this place. I won’t be returning, and I’ll be sure to tell my friends to avoid this shop as well. Love, love, loved my experience at Corviglia! On the first day, my friend and I met Matteo and instantly hit it off. He recommended a private instructor for me who ended up being a perfect match for my skill level. So patient!

On our last day, we had so much fun with Juan and Juliette. I truly feel like I made new friends in Switzerland and wish I had gotten photos with everyone. The people here are truly magical and kind and dedicated to ensuring a great experience. Would love to come back...
