Very friendly people, amazing apricot cake and great dinner, great view from the hut towards Aguille du Tour. They have a shower and a charging station. Only downsides: Quite expensive (water is not drinkable and they charge for "Marschtee"), it appears (not 100% sure) as if they pack the rooms instead of minimizing density.

Freundlicher Empfang.

Hutte visited during Haute-Route. Friendly staff, great food, nice/good level of accommodation. Heated vestibule where you may dry clothes after long day - kudos for it!

Our second night/hut on the Haute Route ski tour (Chamonix to Zermatt). It was our worst hut/cabin experience on the Haute Route due to unfriendly and unwelcoming staff/guests and ridiculous prices. We made a booking for bed-only. I asked for the price on arrival but the guardian couldn’t tell us. When we tried to pay later, they gave us a 160 swiss franc bill for 2 people (normally 20-30 at other huts per person per night without food). The other people were making negative comments on us "if you can't afford paying the bill, you cant afford skiing" and etc. We had no issues with choosing bed-only at all other huts on the Haute Route. We had a very difference/negative experience here. Just like someone said in another review here. If you can achieve your objective by staying at another hut, do that. Recommend...

Surprisingly deeply rude, unpleasant and unhelpful staff, particularly the guardian. Such a difference compared to other huts, if you can accomplish your objective from another hut I would certainly recommend it. Must pay for water. One slow tap for everyone staying which is pretty grim. Also the door is tied open in the passageway from the dorms to the communal area so you can hear everyone talking and playing games in the evening which prevents the possibly of getting sleep in a lot of the dorms until the majority of people have gone to sleep. Positives are the beautiful views, the outside seating area and the food was very good and...

We sadly have not stayed overnight, but you immediately feel the great atmosphere. We came for lunch and the only reason I am writing this is for the outstanding apricot cake. Unreal. Furthermore when the host starts to put 8 pans on to prepare the Rösti and finishes them to perfection. Followed by a quick nap on a sun lounger, that’s just magic. Thanks for having us… (I want that apricot...
