Most of the hike to the peak was in the forest so I didn’t really know what to expect until I was greeted with these awesome views when I was approaching the top. I could see the Churfirsten, the mountain ranges of the Alpstein and even the mountains across the Rhine. I saw few people on my hike… which is a pity because it’s actually a very nice one with plenty of different terrains/plants along the way.

wunderschöne Wanderung. Geht auch gut mit kindern ab 8 jahren. 3.5h rauf und 2h runter. Gamplüt, Gulmen, Gamplüt. Als Belohnung hats oben ein Gipfelbuch im Steinhaufen versteckt. Zum Schluss kann man noch mit Trottis von der Gamplüt Bergstation zur Talstation fahren. Nur zu empfehlen. Achtung: Auf dem Gipfel hat es sehr steil abfallende Felsen unmittelbar neben dem Weg!
