Fuhua Night Market — Local services in Tainan

This is a small night market opened on Tuesday and Friday evening. It serves the neighborhood around Fuguo 1st Road. Although there are not many options here, the foods provided are generally of good quality and low price. Parking is easy here around the square. Visitors can find almost all typical Taiwanese local delicacies available! The same stuff sold here is tasty and cheaper than those found in other night markets in Tainan. 來台南住了五年多，早已厭倦了那些觀光客在去的大大武花大武花，偶然間遇到這個在永康的小社區夜市，彷彿回到以前小時候逛夜市的感覺，東西不多但總是有想要吃的，很喜歡這種感覺。 逛了很多次復華夜市之後想要來推薦幾間固定會買的店家，大家可以參考看看！ 1.小上海：女朋友很喜歡吃，她說這間小上海就是最傳統最經典的味道，連炸出來的屑屑都吃的很滿足，她表示現在很多小上海味道都不如從前了，但就只有復華夜市的小上海，她每次去都要買50！店家是聾啞人士，可以的話用比的會比較好喔~ 2.醬炒屋：最近發現的炒滷味，每次夾一堆結果老闆娘算出來都好便宜，料好實在，而且食材在滷入味的同時，再拿去炒過，光是這樣就讓人流口水了！有三種口味可以選擇：原味、三杯和麻辣，蠻推薦三杯的，喜歡九層塔的人可以試試看，炒過之後香味四溢，有拿麵的話混合著醬汁一起吃，超級過癮！ 3.皇家牛排：夜市牛排不用多說，吃的就是那個氣氛，那個免費濃湯和紅茶喝到飽👍 4.冬天限定紅豆湯、燒仙草：先選要大碗還是小碗，再選配料，最後選要的湯底~ 5.金村酥炸大魷魚：我女朋友最愛的炸魷魚，一整隻的魷魚裹粉下去炸，炸好直接剪開，伴著洋蔥、蒜頭和蔥花，灑上調味粉，混合在一起趁熱吃，真的很讚，魷魚不會老老的，有脆脆的彈性。 推薦完可以試試看的來說說某些不一定要吃吃看的，第一個是每次都大排長龍的地瓜球，不知道為什麼每次都很多人在買，第一次買的時候不知道是不是心理作用感覺真的不錯吃，但後來就覺得好像沒什麼不一樣，人少的時候可以試試，要排隊的話可以去另一間買，另一間也是好吃的地瓜球~ 第二個是偶爾會出現的拔絲地瓜，買過一次覺得其實蠻普通的😂尤其每次都要排很久，雖然不...
