The camping car is surprisingly spacious, with convenient luggage storage under the beds. The bed and pillows are comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. The toilet comes with a heater, a rare and thoughtful feature that adds extra comfort. The dining area is well-designed with a curtain that blocks out the wind, making outdoor dining much easier.
The tea provided is nice, but the coffee could be improved with a better brand. The kettle for boiling water isn’t great, as it tends to drip or spill when pouring, which is frustrating with hot water.
The breakfast experience was disappointing. The ordering process was a mess—I initially ordered 5 items (by writing them on a piece of paper and handing it to the staff), but only 4 items arrived, and one was incorrect. After finishing those, I ordered 5 more items, but only 2 arrived. When I checked with the staff, they didn’t refer back to the order paper but asked me to repeat my order. It wasn’t that I couldn’t tell them, but it was frustrating. To make things worse, they kept saying, “All is here. Thanks.” without actually checking. The xiao long bao was one of the worst I’ve had—the skin was hard and cold, almost as if it hadn’t been steamed. The Taiwan burger was just plain bread with no meat or vegetables. On the bright side, the egg was nice, but the coffee was bad.
The amenities could use some improvements. Adding more places to hang clothes and providing extra hangers would be helpful, as there are plenty of suitable spots for these.
The activities were underwhelming. The reading corner is very small, with a limited and unimpressive book collection. The indoor playground only has 3 games, and the outdoor playground is similarly limited. The car racing activity was enjoyable but short, lasting just 3 minutes. Other small activities scattered around the camp area only provide 1-2 minutes of entertainment each. There’s not much to keep you occupied for long.
The fish pond is quite pretty, but the fish food costs 10 TWD for a tiny portion, which feels overpriced.
A few minor issues also impacted the experience. For example, it took 30 minutes for staff to address a broken gas stove, which was annoying even if it was a one-off incident. The included 9 PM supper consists of instant noodles; adding complimentary coffee or tea would improve this. That said, the staff do prepare the noodles with eggs, meatballs, and vegetables, which is a nice touch.
On a positive note, the setting is pretty and cozy, making it a pleasant getaway for families. The staff are friendly and helpful, which enhances the experience. The comfort of the camping car and thoughtful touches like the toilet heater and wind-blocking curtain are appreciated.
However, the repetitive meal options (dinner, afternoon tea, and breakfast featuring the same steamboat) make staying for more than two nights dull. The experience is also quite expensive considering the limitations.

這就很像你已經付了這樣的錢,店家說吃龍蝦,到現場店家跟你說…我們現在都改蝦米,這樣我是要回家,還是要繼續留在那裡?
對一個有體系的飯店,有這樣的狀況實在覺得不可置信。 好,既然都特別跑來桃園,特別訂了露營車,錢也都付一晚 1 萬元的露營車了,也只能默默的接受貴營地這樣莫名自行更改用餐模式,但當下已經感覺很差了。
😡直到隔天,服務人員送早餐來,我們看了附近的露營車,奇妙,當天9:10早上走出去,竟然沒有看到我們附近有半台車在用早餐,只有我們這車在外面用早餐???而且附近沒有人煙,人呢???其他旅客呢???都跑去哪裡??? 早餐都還沒吃,我走到酒吧附近看一下,遇到一個遊客,請問他們在哪邊用早餐,對方竟然回覆:〞在高爾夫球飯店二樓,那邊有buffet,天氣太熱不想在棧板上用餐〞!!!!!
我才驚訝到原來有 buffet 這個選擇,原來櫃台人員直接引導讓我們只能選擇在棧板上用餐,這對於付一樣房費的我們,非常憤怒!! 我們 9:20 左右到了高爾夫球飯店 2樓,看到滿滿用餐的人,真的非常傻眼,原來網路上看的現煮牛肉湯,現煮湯麵等等都在這邊,詢問了用餐時間到 10:00,現場零星空桌都是別人用完的餐食沒有收拾,我們才草草的用完早餐,對於貴營地的人員非常不解。 隨後去櫃台反應,為什麼當初服務人員只跟我們講「我們現在都改了,改在露營車旁用早餐。」卻沒有給顧客選擇,今天要不是我去問路人,身為付一晚一萬元房價的我們,覺得完全被蒙在骨裡,不管我們今天要選擇在棧板用餐,或是不管今天 buffet 好不好吃,對客戶坦承跟公平性,應該是這種有體系的飯店該有的基本素質吧? 櫃台人員回覆:「很抱歉,如果有不能接受在棧板上用餐,我們才會安排到buffet 用餐」這個邏輯不對吧? 要叫客戶吵、要引導客戶用鬧的,才會得到合理的公平性嗎? 而且我CHECK IN 當下有特別說,我之前有問過是buffet…?。服務人員強硬的態度,讓我們當下也只能默默的接受早餐是在棧板上自己煮,但事實卻是有別的選擇方案。 這樣不僅讓我們懷疑,是不是晚餐說在棧板上用餐,實際上卻可以去別的地方享用大餐;亦或跟我們講早餐是在棧板上吃漢堡,實際上卻有龍蝦大餐可以吃卻把客人蒙在骨裡? 「如果客人不滿意,我們才會怎麼處理」的方式,讓我們深深不可置信。 那我今天大可以甚麼都不滿意,我大可以不滿意吃烤雞,吵要吃龍蝦?我不滿意下午吃比薩,吵著要吃生魚片嗎? 正常的客人不會用吵的去反饋你們營地所提供的服務,但被蒙在鼓裡的感覺,非常差而且極為憤怒。 我們當下跟櫃台人員都好好的說,講出我們的疑慮,被回了一個「很抱歉」後就回家了。 一個晚上 1萬元主打一泊四食,卻讓客戶有這樣不好的感受,整個替我們兩天一夜畫上了一個憤怒的句點。 第1:跟當初詢問的不一樣 第2:如果有更改也没有事先跟客戶通知 草草敷衍了事的經營態度,身為第一次住豪華營地的我們深感質疑…素質在哪裡? 回想當初 CHECK IN,服務人員請我加入天成的 APP 會員,隨即送上資料夾給我,我到露營車裡看到你們有一張立牌,顯示如果加入會員,可以獲得 A贈品或是 B贈品(資料夾),今天縱使我兩個東西都不想要,或是當下服務人員有提到因為A贈品沒了,我們剩資料夾,那也無妨,但是直接強硬幫我們選擇的那種感覺,對客戶來講,是不對的。 本來朋友群有在打算我們這次如果來不錯的話,想下次一起包好幾車,一大群來玩,但是這樣的佳宿體驗,實在讓我們很難忘,對於天成集團有這樣的人員素質和...
