I cannot begin to explain how much fun we had and how much we saw. It was one of the best experiences of my life. Our guide Shabani was so passionate, he cared about the animals he cared about how much fun we had and made sure we had a good time. We engaged with him and tried to have a laugh, he was good fun and relaxed. We saw EVERYTHING, the big 5; Lions, a family of cheetahs, sooo many elephants close and far, buffalo, rhino, giraffes, flamingos, hippos, wildebeast. We saw a baby wildebeast walk for the first time, so emotional. Some of the world's only tree climbing lions in Lake Manyara National park. The lion king film is actually like a documentary... the lions sit on rocks all the animals hate the hyenas and pumba trots around. The zebras, wildebeest and hippos all hang out together. Ok, there's no song and dance or crazy monkey... but it's basically the same. Check out Instagram for proof of the amazingness @seemaamistry I have also had people contact me on Instagram to book the same safari we did. Lake Manyara, serengeti, and Ngorogoro crater, 4 days 3 nights camping. They bright mattresses and set up our tents every night. The food was good, curry, soup, potatoes, crepes for breakfast, not great if you're vegetarian you get a lot of carrots! The lunches were a bit dry. And they allow 3 litres of water per day pp which was plenty for us. The serengeti campsite was the most rustic shall we say with big bugs, and we were in the national park not surrounded by a fence. But we were absolutely fine. The other campsites were clean and had decent showers. The weather was perfect, hot but not crazy hot and we had an overcast day which was a lot more comfortable. All in all one of the best...

For me, honesty is everything. Tell people exactly what they are getting - I felt that this company didn't. I list below my issues; Your taken in one vehicle but it's swapped for another as you get close to the park which wasn't as nice or comfortable. Your never actually told how long you get in the park - for the cost and importance of the ngoragora crater, I want to be in there for as long as possible. Not two hours (and that was only because I insisted we stay longer). Be clear about the conditions of the terrain and weather and how this will effect peoples day. Make sure your staff are clearly informed of their roles and jobs - we had to turn round as the driver didn't know they were dropping off someone on the way back. If one customer is late, that is their issue, you made all of us miss nearly an hour for one person - I repeat, every second counts - it's the ngoragora crater. Make sure you're booked breakfast with the venue you use - it's obvious that this hadn't been done and it's never nice when you watch others get a full breakfast and you get one slice of toast and a tiny bit of egg (not feeding me properly is your worst mistake). Plan your schedule better so your driver isn't fined for speeding - I don't wish to fear for my life when on the main road.

I list all of the above as I would like this company to improve - Emmanuel is a good man and the drivers are nice people, please take this on board, manage your methods better and you could be a really...

Thank you, Rickson & World Tours & Safaris Tanzania for planning a customized tour to Tanzania for Bhumika and me.

We had a lovely experience from the very start. My wife and I would sit at the end of the day to plan the trip, often messaging Rickson with suggestions, doubts, and questions, not realising of the hour. We always received prompt responses, without any sign of irritation. The hotel selection and itinerary suggestions were excellent, ensuring we could make the most of our time without overexerting ourselves. Being an on-ground travel agent in Tanzania, we got the best deals...

During our safari, we experienced a car radiator breakdown due to a stone hit in the middle of the jungle. Our guide quickly assessed the situation and arranged another vehicle for us so we wouldn't miss the safari. The car was later fixed, and the guide personally delivered our bags to us.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our Tanzania experience. But their job didn't end after we departed from Zanzibar; they checked up on us until we reached home. We felt special, cared for, and very secure, knowing that World Tours & Safaris Tanzania was taking care of...

This tour operator was probably the best holiday I've ever had. And it was thanks to these guys. I was with my wife and her mother and friend. So we had a mixed group age wise. And they were able to compensate for our needs within the same tour which was great I met Rickson the owner on the first day and he gave us a clear itinerary. He's such a genuinely nice man, I'm so happy we were recommended this tour group by a friend. But with room to be flexible as the tour unfolded. He then introduced us to our driver Samwel, another local. He speaks great english french and Swahili. Has an astounding knowledge of animals and birds and local history. And wow he has a good set of eyes, he can spot animals better than you could believe. Thanks to Samwel we saw so much! Being a Tanzanian owned operation, which is pretty rare, I feel we got a much more genuine experience of Tanzania. And we had the inside scoop for alot of animal sightings. it seems most of these companies are owned by foreigners. I highly recommend if you can to use this company, not only is it the right thing to do. You will have such a great time!
