Gated community that has recently been built. Comprising of apartments, bungalows, and townhouses. Some for sale and some as rentals. There is a commercial center with a supermarket and medical clinic, and several restaurants within the property. Nice place to live long term or rent short term. It's kid-friendly, with barely any car movements so they can ride their bikes or play comfortably. There's a small hike down to the ocean front. The development is about 30-40 minutes away...
