I fell in love with the artistry of the hand carved wood while visiting Thailand a few years ago. I shopped around for a piece of furniture that captured the unique esthetic of Thai artisans. I debated, with myself, for a long time before making this purchase since it felt like it was a lot of money to be spending on a headboard. I found a beautiful and, considering the amount of work that goes into it, very fairly priced queen sized headboard at Siam Sawadee. I found other beautiful pieces sold by other vendors but I liked the Siam Sawadee story (I encourage customers to watch their production videos), quality, and prices the best. I placed my order. Within one day, they emailed me a photo of a piece that matched my request in style. I asked for a slightly darker stain. They stained the piece and shared photos of the newly proposed headboard. It was perfect. I received the large piece of furniture, in the U.S. in good time, and securely packaged. It comes with brackets that the buyer attaches, depending on the direction they want the pieces to hang. I wondered about how the headboard would be hung while perusing the website so that might be nice to include in the product descriptions online. It is as beautiful in my home as it was online. The color is true to the photo that Siam Sawadee emailed to me. I couldn't be more please with this purchase. This it truly an heirloom piece of furniture and art. I contacted the sales via FB messenger to check whether an item was available and see if able to ship to Bangkok while I was there between 30/8 to 2/9. The sales confirmed me the item can be shipped before 2/9 if I pay immediately. I completed the order via PayPal and charged to my visa. . However after I completed the payment the sales said item not available so we both agreed refund. The refund received was deducted US9.56 being the service charge by PayPal. The sales refused to bear responsibility for the service charge and just asked me to contact the bank. My goodness.... it’s not my fault if the item isn’t in stock even though the sales confirmed it was. So why should I need to be responsible for the service charge for an item not in stock. The sales customers service was really bad who did not offer alternative nor Try to solve the issue in an appropriate manner. I would never buy from this shop and ensure my experience is...

We love our headboard from Siam Sawadee. The online ordering process was easy, and the communication with the staff was always quick. I am especially impressed that they showed us pictures of our specific headboard before they shipped, in order to ensure the style and color were correct. In our case, that was very useful, as the first headboard produced was not quite what we wanted. They were gracious enough to produce a second headboard with the exact style we wanted, and it was shipped promptly.
