Amata Spring Country Club — Local services in Chon Buri Province

Amata Springs is a prestigious member/invite only course which, as expected, you pay premium money to play. I have been fortunate to play a few times before and the talk in the locker room used to be how fabulous the finishing holes were and couldn't wait to be invited back BUT NOT TODAY - I never heard 1 positive comment on the course condition. The course was in terrible condition with GUR on every hole and the greens and tee boxes a disgrace. I had a very pretty caddy which, as most experienced golfers to Thailand will tell you is not necessarily a good thing as they tend to spend more time looking in the mirror and playing on their phones than helping you read the greens and giving advice on blind shots, etc which was the case today and she was relegated to cart driver after 3 holes. This is not a sexist comment but a simple fact IMO although a lot of courses do not have male caddies yet these tend to be the best and very helpful and knowledgable - i suppose everyone to their own and depends what you are after. On a positive the buffet dinner after was delicious and the catering staff never left your glass empty - top class. To summarise I would rather stick needles in my eyeballs than play Amata Springs at the moment - hopefully the management and ground staff will return Amata Springs to its previous glory and in the meanwhile save your money and...

Again another top class course not far from Bangkok Sukhumvit area. My first time to play here but I will definitely be back. Only down side, can be pricey as I think it is a private members course.

Immaculately maintained course & locker room, caddie are amongst the best caddy groups in Bangkok golf (like anything you can get one on an off day). Regular fully operational kiosks around the course with the best western food options of any course I have played, their beef, pork & chicken burgers are to die for.

Unfortunately we didn't stay to dine here but I can tell you the course has an Italian Restaurant which by all accounts is outstanding, to the point that if you were in the area the Italian restaurant alone is worth the trip, even if you don't play golf.

Located just behind Mega Bang na so it is really in the Bangkok City area.

I give 1 -2stars for your Golf booking proceeding which still invisible function, not be able to reached the call while booking opening start time in moring about 8.00-8.40 at all, and the service of some staff in proshop, the way she talk on phone just likes using her own emotion-moody on the day I called. And it would be great if you can show booking status as realtime on board , website or ect. To show tee time you have blocked for advance member , or any ... just like we are now on New normal life -visible systems will be appropreated if...
