Alright, so you found this hidden gem. This is all you need to know since there isn't much information about this this place.

From my understanding, you need to be accompanied by a Thai person to be able to go here so we booked a tour through kkday, and it was amazing. You get a private driver, lunch, and brach chairs. The driver takes care of everything. Would highly recommend.

Few things important things to know.

The beach is owned by the Thai navy, so please be respectful. Bikinis are not recommended as it can offend the locals. This is really a local spot. I was 1 of two locals there.

It's 2 hrs from bangkok without traffic. We did not hit any traffic to and from bangkok.

The boat ride is about 10 minutes from the dock. It's slow, and waves were fine for us.

After you arrive, there is a quick shuttle that takes you to the private beach.

There is a small shop there. You can do excursions for really cheap. We did clear boat kayaking for 100 baht. They also have clear boar cruises and snorkeling you can do.

To the right, there is a quick hike that is worth it. I recommend stopping the first viewpoint. The second is unpaved, so make sure to wear shoes if you go. (Attached is a photo of the view

Go as early as possible. My family had the whole beach to ourselves. Around 2 p.m., a group of children came but was still pleasant.

There is a small restaurant there you can get food. We didn't try it, but prices seemed fair.

There are rest rooms and "showers". Warning that the showers are buckets with a fossett. It was fine for us.

Lastly, please clean up after yourselves. Unfortunately, we did see some trash on some parks of the beach.

Place is worth it if you can't make it to the Phi Phi Islands and want to get away for the whole day. It's definitely beautiful, but if you are going to any other islands, I say you...

When coming at the island there is first to check in LEFT side at 9 am! The cost is for Thai 300 Baht and Baxida ( Foreigner ) 600 Baht cannot reduce even if have a WP or a Pink card stay more then 7 years here! Personal for me is much money about paid 2 x more then a Thai person but I will be come back later for that.

The coffee shop at the right side before the pier the woman was busy I asked chocolate in Thai Language then after 3 times still no answer very rude so much!

And another Thai ask again then she say she nope open yet lol! Very rude and I tell her what is the problem in Thai look like not understand me very bad, don't go there!

At the pier where to many Russian people go also same way. Overall the ticket cards was after me waiting in line.

At the island get transfer to the beach about 2 km ride with an electric car.

When we there you can relax and take the following things :

Snorkeling = 50 Baht Photo snorkeling = 50 Baht Key lock = 20 Baht Chair = 20 Baht Mat / Table = 20 Baht Kayak / boat = 100 Baht Food = Local Thai food fresh make Normal prices :-) drink food = 150 / 200 Baht

The snorkeling tour was very very good! And they will help you with everything. Going with boat to a plastic floating platform then you can swimming your self. Make photo's under water ask the men to do for only 50 Baht! It's * stars to do it! You can relax until last car leave back to the pier every hour normally. The day was cost me about 1000 Baht all!

The price 600 baht for the island was really very good! And another prices are overall not expensive at all!

Next time go to Ko Kham...

Beautiful, secluded island with not too many tourists. A good beach to relax, swim, and snorkel for a day trip from Bangkok.

However, the transportation is very inconvenient to get here, so I had to hire a private taxi, which cost quite a bit. The cost of entering the island and the food and drinks that you can get in the island adds up. There were some garbage floating around the beach in the morning, but the current took them away in the afternoon. Public washroom was there, but I didn't think was being treated before being sent to the shore, so not sure if the good quality of the beach and water will last long.

Recommended for those who are looking for a good day on the beach...

It's so beautiful here. Sands are so fine and white. There are not many tourists which is great. Navy staff are so friendly. Must visit this island while staying in Pattaya
