From the start I will tell you the course is in great shape. one of the top 10 in Bangkok. However the water hazards are designed to catch golf balls - basically you can hit a great shot and still end up rolling into water.||||Now the bad part. The management sucks. There is no golf pro or golf operations director. The management of the course is done by a husband & wife team (relatives of owner) that run F&B and know nothing about golf at all. Result they leave it to the marshals who are useless. Why am I saying this is because they don't understand that speed of play matters or that if a tournament is stable ford it might be a good idea to encourage golfers not to have 11 swipes each per hole?? On weekends they will let anyone on the course without worrying about the crossover between nines. Result is you can wait 20 minutes per hole to play! When you call the marshals they do nothing particularly if the group in front is Thai.||||I live in Bangkok and have played this course many times. Don't go at the weekend unless you like to be frustrated by sheer lunacy in...
Read moreI played this course July 20th 2018, it was my 3rd different course in 5 days and one thing is certain so far and that is they love their water hazards in Thailand. The course was in great condition however the greens were a little slower than the previous two course I played this week.|The one thing I have found annoying is that no one speaks English at these courses and they do not pair singles up however they will let groups of 6 Thai players in front of you and not worry about who's behind them.||In conclusion, these courses are well worth playing and remember your on vacation so enjoy the scenery, and don't be surprised if your ball breaks in the opposite direction as the caddie indicated as it's a simple case of lost in...
Read moreSecond visit to this course - came last year as well.||This is a fab set up - course in great condition - good caddies - clubhouse and proshop welcoming and good quality.||But ........||Last year our round was six hours - we thought a one-off due to ur being a public holiday.||No this year was six hours too - delayed right from start with tee time put back 15 minutes. For me there is no excuse for that.||No stewarding on course and no sense of urgency.||Slow play is the curse of golf.||For all the good things - and there are many - a six hour plus round destroys the day.||I will not use this...
