Sanook Park — Local services in Pattaya City

a bit disappointed that there was no contact from sanook prior to the day to advice us that there's no one else booked to play airsoft to offer either a refund or option to change before going there. on the day they offered to replace with atv. that was rubbish. no more than 15mins we spent going around a very small course not even worth calling "all terrain". it was small bumps on dirt. not worth the price we paid. we also paid extra to do airsoft target practice. my husband asked for sniper, it's not available. the guns I used had to be replaced a few times because they were faulty. the receptionist was also very rude when we asked where is the course is for the atv. she yelled at us like we should already know their park....

Recently visited here, I had the most AMAZING experience.

Best customer service you can ask for, so quick and professional. Within 15 minutes I had my paperwork done, had my bungee done. Got an amazing video and a beer after. All for 2500 bhat you are genuinely wasting your time looking else where

This place ticks all the boxes, employees are super nice and professional. The owner is so nice and has a very welcoming and amazing family.

I also got to see some water buffalos which was cool.
