It's a combination of three different buildings in the mountains – a Chedi it keeps a tooth of Buddha in a shrine, a giant Chinese Guan Yin statue and golden Buddha statue.

เป็นวัดที่มีภูเขาล้อมรอบสมบูรณ์ด้วยต้นไม้ใหญ่ ในวัดมีถาวรวัตถุทางธรรมที่สำคัญ คือ พระธาตุเจดีย์เทพนิมิต ซึ่งพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว ได้ทรงพระราชทานนามว่า "พระมหาธาตุ เจดีย์พุทธธรรมบันลือ"

วัดนี้จัดเป็นวัดเก่าแก่ของอำเภอทับปุดที่ชาวบ้านนิยมเรียกกันว่า "วัดบางเหรียง" โดยก่อตั้งเมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2453 ทั้งนี้ คนเฒ่าคนแก่มักเล่ากันว่า เดิมวัดบางเหรียงนั้นตั้งอยู่ทางด้านทิศตะวันออกของคลองมะรุ่ย ณ บริเวณเชิงเขาอันที่ประดิษฐานพระมหาธาตุเจดีย์พุทธรรมบันลือในปัจจุบัน แต่เพราะการเดินทางไม่สะดวกต้องลุยน้ำข้ามคลอง ประกอบกับที่ตั้งเดิมถูกน้ำกัดเซาะยากแก่การบูรณะซ่อมแซม "พ่อท่านเกตุ" ซึ่งดำรงตำแหน่งเจ้าคณะอำเภอสมัยนั้น พร้อมกับชาวบ้าน ได้ร่วมกันย้ายวัดมาตั้ง ณ สถานที่ใหม่ ซึ่งตั้งอยู่บนเนื้อที่ 6 ไร่เศษ และเป็นที่ตั้งวัดในปัจจุบัน ต่อมาปี พ.ศ. 2529 พระอาจารย์ชัย (พระครูไพศาลพัฒนานุยุต ปัจจุบัน) ซึ่งเป็นเจ้าอาวาสวัดราษฎร์อุปถัมภ์ในสมัยนั้นได้มีการพัฒนาวัดบางเหรียงให้มีความเจริญขึ้นในทุกด้าน ยังผลให้พุทธศาสนิกชนทั้งในและต่างประเทศเดินทางมาร่วมปฏิบัติศาสนกิจที่นี่เป็นจำนวนมาก...
