Wat Khao Kho Pattanaram — Local services in Phetchabun Province

Amazing 5 Buddhas in a row on top of a hill. Huge area, free of charge, stunning decoration in the slightest details. The only difficulty is getting there - if you come by your own car it's a long way through the mountains but getting an (overprized) hotel, guesthouse or resort as well as going to the restaurants is easy, then. Coming by public transport is a problem because there is no way getting around in Khao Kho area except by walking. There is no bike rental, no grab, no taxi, nothing that takes your around and the busses passing through come rarely...

Nice scenery. Temple had a very rustic old temple style. A great stop over for a while to look...
