Mahadthai Night Market — Local services in Phlapphla Subdistrict

This was another nice and crazy experience for a night food market for sure. Friendly vendors all over the place. You can get all kinds of food there, from real menues to smaller side dishes,fruits, drinks and some (for europeans) strange things like bugs, grasshoppers and those Kind of things. The people there are really friendly, especially the guy who made these long fries with different thai sauces, he was so friendly and brought the food even to a table half the market away. You can get also some nice local cold beer. And nearly no tourists were there, but, same as the other markets, they deserve much more tourists who will support them by eating all these delicious things. Der Mahadthai Food Market liegt in der Ramkhamhaeng 65 (Soi 122 Lad Phrao), und ist täglich von 16:00h bis 02:00h geöffnet. Das ist nicht sehr weit von der Ramkhamhaeng Universität entfernt, so ist es nicht verwunderlich, dass ich dort viele junge Menschen angetroffen habe. Der Markt macht einen sauberen Eindruck und die Preise sind niedrig. In der gleichen Soi gibt es noch einige weitere Gastronomische Einrichtungen, wie die Loft Bar, die ich bei Gelegenheit begutachten werde. Ausserdem ist der Ramkhamhaeng Nachtmarkt nicht weit entfernt. Ich finde diesen Bereich Abseits der "touristischen Attraktionen" interssant.
