I’m writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received.
First of all, my ticket was wrongly given to someone else for collection, which I was told was due to your staff member Tanaphon’s mistake. This is a serious breach of responsibility and security.
Then, when I went to the 2nd floor to collect my luggage, instead of assisting me, the staff there rudely kicked me out and told me to go to level 4. Excuse me — aren’t both locations part of the same company and in the same airport? Considering your team handed over the wrong pick-up document in the first place, the least they could have done was help me retrieve my luggage properly.
On top of that, the staff were unfriendly and dismissive throughout the process.

I had a bag that I wanted to leave for use when I returned to Bangkok, but I didn't know what to do. Fortunately, I found this service. The staff gave me attentive advice, so I was able to continue my trip to Krabi without worrying about my bag at all. Read moreI would give this service a -5 star if i could. the counter workers are incompetent with zero customer service skills. I missed my flight because i did not have cash and they refused any other forms of payment and they held my bag hostage. my debit card was in the bag they held onto and they would not let me check my bag to get the card. They also refused to give me the number of their manager so i can explain my situation to someone higher up.
I don’t know what kind of tax evasion scam they’re trying to pull by having a strict cash only service but they need to update their primitive system and train their workers better. It’s not like I could have ran off with my luggage because they have my passport info.
