Great place if you want to experience authentic floating market.

Yes, absolutely everything here is commercial, but it's the experience you pay for. Floating along the rows of vendors on a Thai traditional long boat (if it's your type, take the motor powered one!).

The food and souvenirs are amazing. I will be surprised if you don't bring something home from the market.

Absolutely must visit if you have the time, you will not regret it!

Very cute floating market. Our tour stopped here for us to try the food and drinks and explore the souvenir shops. This is the original floating market among all the other ones that are in that vicinity. Coconut ice cream around 50 baht, cold coconut fruit/water around 30 baht, coconut pancakes 40 baht for 6-8 small pieces, pad thai ~ 100 baht. All cash. Bring enough...

We have visited this market yesterday which is 1.5 hrs away from the city center. Firstly, they wanted to charge the tickets for 4K Bahts for 2. In the end after many bargains it was 900. Be aware. The market is fun. Wandering around w the boat and shopping in the boat… we had our baby w us and...
