It is a CSR project of PTT which is done quite well but can improve to reach perfect.
It can get very crowded but people are nice and kind enough to move out of your frame when asked. Lol.
Tulips and Hydrangea are on sale at good price.
Cafe Amazon is available if you’re thirsty. A small strawberry stall which is a part of this project is also there.
The visitors are required to get a visitor badge from the very entrance to the place by showing 1 ID card per car and return at exit.

Read moreIt's an Exhibition Hall of flowers from colder climates that could be grown right here in Rayong. On the day we went there were beautiful tulips, hydrangeas and some lilies.
Room temperature showed 14 degrees celcius. If you want to stay long, some warm clothing or shawl would be adequate.
The restrooms were spotlessly clean, with liquid soap and toilet rolls as well as hand paper towels provided.
As it is only an Exhibition Hall, there weren't much flowers to be seen as compared to other Floral Festival Events, say, where there are foods and drinks and other things on sale as well. However, if you are on a trip to Rayong Province and have some free time and you love flowers, you could drop in for a visit.

You need to enter the PTTLNG facility and show some form of ID to the security to be able to drive in. There's plenty of parking and then you'll be directed by security how to enter the flora exhibition.
It's cool inside so Thai people will likely feel cold. Temperatures can be as low as 14°C
The tulips on display today were the most vivid colours you can imagine, actually looking plastic like ... but oh so real.
