ยอมขับรถมาจากไอคอนสยามเพื่อมาเจอน้องกระชาย ร้านน้ำข้าวโพดบัณฑิต จริงๆน้องเป็นเด็กที่ทำให้เรารู้สึกว่าอยากทุ่มเทหาตลาดนี้และเป็นแรงจูงใจทำให้มาไกลขนาดนี้ เพราะความน่ารักของน้องใน TikTok คุณแม่เลย พอเจอตัวจริง ทางน้องกระชายน้องบัณฑิตแล้วก็คุณแม่น่ารักมากๆ ขายน้ำ แต่อธิบายละเอียด ทั้งเรื่องรสชาติและเรื่องการชิม และเรื่องความสะอาดที่คุณแม่คอยย้ำกับน้องน้อง และน้องค่อนข้างมีอุดมการในการขายของมาก อยากให้เราได้รับรสชาติที่เราชอบจริงๆถ้าไม่ชอบเค้าก็ไม่แนะนำให้ซื้อ ซึ่งมันน่ารักมาก แล้วก็ยังบอกด้วยนะว่าเก็บได้กี่วัน คือเอนเตอร์เทนก็เก่งพูดก็เก่ง แล้วท่องจำในสิ่งที่คุณคุณแม่บอกมาได้ดีอีกด้วย ทำให้เราได้อุดหนุนรอบๆ ทำให้รู้ว่าแม่ค้าที่นี่พูดเก่งกันทุกคนหยอกล้อลูกค้าน่ารักกันมาก เป็นตลาดที่ค่อนข้างน่ารักอาจจะเป็นเพราะมันเริ่มจากมายด์เซ็ทที่ดี จนทำให้คนที่มาขายเค้าดูมีความสุขแล้วก็ แฮปปี้ มันไม่ใช่การเจอกับแม่ค้าที่ไม่น่ารักแม่ค้ากวนกวน แต่กลับเป็นเป็นการเจอแม่ค้าพ่อค้าที่น่ารักกันทุกคน สินค้าราคาค่อนข้างถูกถ้าเทียบกับที่ที่เราอยู่แถวไอคอนสยามแล้ว ปริมาณได้ค่อนข้างเยอะ ถ้าแถวโน้นมีแบบนี้บ้างก็คงจะดี เพราะนี่มันรวมของอร่อยมหาศาลไว้ ณ ที่เดียว แล้วก็คนเยอะมากๆแต่ตลาดไม่เบียดไม่เหม็นไม่สกปรกไม่ร้อนที่จอดรถเยอะสุดสุด คือมันเข้าถึงคนไทยมากๆแต่ยังไม่เห็นคนต่างชาติไปอยากจะแนะนำเพื่อนต่างชาติให้ไปตลาดนี้เพราะมันก็คือแบบรวมมิตรของอร่อยประเทศไทยจริงๆ

I actually drove all the way from ICONSIAM just to meet Nong Krachai, the little vendor at Bandit Corn Milk stall. This kid is the reason I’m so motivated to explore this market — his adorable TikToks made me want to come all this way!

When I finally met him in person, along with his mom and Nong Bandit, they were all incredibly sweet. Even though they’re just selling corn milk, they explain everything in such detail — from taste, sampling, to cleanliness. His mom keeps reminding him about hygiene, and the boy has such strong principles for a young vendor.

He genuinely wants customers to enjoy what they buy. If you don’t like the taste, he won’t even try to sell it to you — and I find that incredibly charming. He even tells you how long you can store the drink! He’s entertaining, a great speaker, and remembers everything his mom taught him so well.

Because of that experience, I ended up buying from other nearby vendors too. Turns out everyone here is equally lovely and talkative — no grumpy or pushy sellers, just happy people.

I think it’s because the market is built on a positive mindset. The sellers seem truly happy, which makes the whole atmosphere feel special. Prices are surprisingly cheap compared to what I’m used to near ICONSIAM, and portions are generous.

If we had something like this in our area, it would be a dream come true. This market gathers all the best flavors of Thailand in one place — and even though it’s crowded, it’s not stuffy, smelly, dirty, or hot. Parking is easy too.

It’s such a hidden gem that I haven’t seen many foreigners around. I’d totally recommend this to my foreign friends — it’s like Thailand’s best kept secret!

说真的，这个孩子是我开始探索这个市场的动力源泉，他在 TikTok 上的可爱模样让我决定不远千里来找他！

见到他本人的那一刻，他、小学士和他的妈妈都非常可爱又亲切。虽然只是卖一杯玉米汁，但他们会非常认真地解释口味、试喝细节、卫生标准等等。他妈妈不断提醒他注意卫生，而这孩子也非常有理念。

他真的希望顾客能买到自己喜欢的味道，如果你不喜欢，他还会劝你别买——真的太可爱了。他还会告诉你饮品可以保存几天，讲话又有趣又清楚，完全记得妈妈教他的话。

因为这段温馨的互动，我也顺便买了附近其他摊贩的东西，才发现这个市场里每个小贩都很健谈、可爱，完全没有遇到那种态度差或强推商品的人。

我想，是因为这个市场从一开始就有一个“正向思维”的文化氛围，让来摆摊的人看起来都很快乐、很满足。

Love this place! Near BTS Station and very local pricing. Each siewmai dumpling was 5 baht (man they were huge), and the highest priced item we had was a small steak for 100baht. Grilled fish with rice, egg and veg was 80 baht. Single portion glass noodles with pork belly was 50 baht. Mango sticky rice lovers, you can get them for as low as 20 baht here! Very different from your usual city centre night market where you probably pay double or triple. Only downside is there isn't much english translation for most of the stall menus. But you can always guess what are they. Near DMK airport if you come on a evening flight and wanna drop by before heading to city centre. Unsure if there's storage at the BTS Station but you can always hire a car and leave ur baggage in the car, let driver wait for you till...
