BAD BAD BAD! Spent a few thousand baht and 1.5hrs for a smoothing and nourishing hair treatment, but ended up worse than before entering. Hair spa was not relaxing at all as the therapist kept pulling my hair from the roots. My scalp feels sore from all the hair pulling, and persisted for hours after the treatment. Hair fall situation is bad. Scalp and hair all damaged by a treatment that is supposed to be nourishing. I came in with a digital perm and wanted it to be finished curly, pointing to a poster they had on the wall, but the end product was nothing close to it at all. I ended up with c-curl straightened hair that is frizzy, dry, and thinned. Kind service but poor skills. Upset that I’ve wasted time and money and ended up worse than before treatment. Left frustrated while the person-in-charge was trying to find excuses to lighten the situation. I have done a much much better job at curling my hair at the convenience of on my own at home free of charge, than suffering at the hands of these self-professed professionals. 2nd time trying hair spa in Bangkok and both are bad. No more hair spas for me in Bangkok.

In response to owners response: I still stand by my review as a fair and unbiased walk-in customer. This is not a fake review or business attack. I am also not playing any foreigner vs local games. People there are friendly and there was no communication barrier. There were other customers, both local and foreign present. But, it is also personally true to me that I had an extremely bad and unsatisfying hair treatment experience. It is also not a personal attack. Also, whatever I’m expecting, having hair condition that is worse after treatment vs before treatment is definitely not within my wildest expectations. Let it be fairly judged...

I booked my appointment with P’Ton two days prior through Instagram. I had good expectations after following them on insta for a few months. I had a balayage done and showed a picture reference. I love how friendly and happy the staff were and most spoke English fairly well. They basically recreated what I had shown them and it was perfect, I couldn’t stop smiling. I had not had my hair done for a few years and extremely happy that the staff at Kosmetika met my expectations who also went above and beyond. Not only did they treat me well but I felt like a celebrity, they constantly took pictures and recorded demonstrations what sounded to be quite detailed so they knew what they were doing.
