Wat Prasat Yoe Nuea — Local services in Si Sa Ket Province

Tucked away off the main highway 221 from Srisaket to Khunhan, this wat is known for two things: its Phratat, built in the same style as the famous one in Nakhon Phanom; and its giant statue of the wat's best known abbot, Luang Pu Mum Inthapanyo claimed to be the largest statue of its kind on the world.

The statue was inaugurated in April 2018 at a ceremony attended by about 10,000 people.

The wat is plainly well supported. Buildings and structures are well made and clean, with most freshly painted, and the grounds are garbage-free.
