Dear THAI Smile Airways,
You were my last bit of hope for flights from Udon Thani to Bangkok. I have flown with VietJet airline and Nok Airlines and the service of all those airlines are terrible and they tend to delay flights last minute without explination.
I have flown THAI smile Airways 3 times now. The first time I had an amazing time and sterling service, the second time the flight was as delayed but still good service and the third time the flight got delayed and terrible service.
I dont know to which airline to use so that I can reach my destination according to the booking you allow us, the passangers, to make online.
Maybe its not the airlines but the Udon Thani International airport that is the problem. Either way, I will meditate and try to let go of my frustration. Good luck to you in the future and I hope the people in charge can turn...

If you fly from overseas and transit in Bangkok to Udon Thani, you will need to be processed through immigration and customs in Bangkok and then head to the domestic departures lounge having passed through a further security check.
Whilst Lao Aviation used to fly internationally between Udon Thani and Luang Prabang, these flights have since been suspended.
