I placed my pickup order via Allset and the order was confirmed via text, email, and mobile application. I went to the restaurant to pickup and to my surprise, the order was not ready despite being marked as "order complete." Instead, I was told by a Tramezzini cashier/cook that they don't have any order under my name and that Allset was "not a partner of the restaurant", which I found very odd.. I showed my email and text order confirmations to the cook/cashier with no success. Frustrated, I left empty hand without my lunch order [never got my sandwich] and had to personally reach out to Allset customer support to seek a refund. As per my request to Allset, Allset manually canceled the order 40 minutes later on my behalf to process my refund. The restaurant never reached out to me at any time during/after the fiasco to make it right. It was Allset who worked hard to do their best to rectify the situation. And to my surprised, chatting with Allset customer support, I learned the restaurant is an active partner of Allset; what the cook/cashier told me was completely wrong/lie. This is poor training and customer service from the Tramezzini staff. As a result of this frustrating and terrible experience, they have lost a loyal customer who was a fan of...

I've passed this shop a number of times and decided to try it today after reading the good reviews. I was impressed with the sandwich I ordered--the quality and flavor of the pork was great, and the other ingredients tasted fresh.

The man working at the counter was very nice; he helped me decide between two sandwiches and offered me pinot grigio on the house while I waited for my order. I was having a bad day, and the gesture really cheered me up. He even offered to turn down the music he was playing in case it was too loud.

$10 seems like a lot for a sandwich, but it was filling enough for dinner and worth it for the quality and friendly service. I'm definitely happy to pay a bit more to keep a place like this in my neighborhood, and I look forward...

Absolutely incredible! I had the pork that was recommended by the chef/(owner?). The peppers were delicious, the sauce was creamy but thin enough to make its way through every nook and cranny. Perfect amount of cheese, and the meat was outstandingly moist, tender, and seasoned laying in between fresh from Italy bread. But my favorite part was that he threw in the blackened ends of the pork to give it more texture and another explosion of flavor.

The atmosphere is light and open with great music playing in the background to accompany you this work of art called a sandwich. And just as important as all of that. The man genuinely seems like he enjoys making people happy through his...

I've talked to friends and family alike touting these Venetian sandwiches through and through. I haven't had a better Italian sandwich yet. It's strange how people who walk by don't get it. At its heart, it's primarily a sandwich with premium ingredients! Choose from a half, or full, I had long hoped for them to move from Smorgasburg to an actual storefront and finally in June 2017, they did it. I no longer have to go to Smorg to get it. Tasty and flavorful, you can even get them toasted (my fav). The bread along is noteworthy for those with celiac disease since they can tout themselves as gluten-free. That's a huge win as it most certainly doesn't leave you full and bloated from the yeast!

Tramezzini NYC has been on my bucket list for a while and we finally got a chance to try since my friends are taking their catering as one of the options for their baby’s birthday. The decor is simple and humble with cozy ambiance and limited seating. They simply serve 2 kinds of sandwiches, Tramezzino & Baguette Panini and we got 4 Tramezzino with different ingredients. Our favorites were Tuna Rialto and Parma. The tuna salad was creamy with no weird smell and the Parma was a little salty but flavorful. On top of the ingredients, their toast was the key element. It’s soft, fluffy and cloud-like as their description on website.

With my first bite of thr Parma sandwich, I knew this was one of the best sandwiches I've eaten! To be fair, I havent had many italian sandwiches behind the generic "italian" named subs at big chains but i could taste the freshness of each ingredient- especially the imported bread! The place is very quaint and such a nice find. The staff member behind the counter was very patient with me and explained the top 3 sandwiches and where the ingredients came drom. Please stop by and support them!

A super friendly restaurant that serves some serious sandwiches. The service goes above and beyond. We had a good conversation and he offered some free drinks while we ate. The service is just as good as the food here. I loved how it was crustless and that Mayo is simply amazing. I would definitely come back here again and try more of the sandwiches. The ingredients were also super fresh. Highly recommend!!

I have been to 40 cities in Italy, with that said, I'm very familiar with what is good there. This place is outstanding, from the warm service to the delicious gourmet sandwiches, best I ever had in 17 years living in New York City. I am a vegetarian and it carried perfectly for my needs. But the meat eaters would be thrilled. This place is really fantastic. Thumbs up!

Just AMAZING!! Super cute Italian sandwich shop. The staff was unbelievably nice, friendly and attentive. Made me feel like we were at friends place. The Sandwiches were fantastic, so fresh and delicious. I had the mozzarella, tomato and pesto sandwich and my husband got the tuna egg sandwich. So so good. Highly recommend it, I can’t wait to go back! Thank you guys!!
