My recent dining experience at Dede Restaurant, nestled in the vibrant heart of Adana, was nothing short of spectacular. As soon as we entered, we were enveloped in a warm and inviting atmosphere, setting the stage for an unforgettable culinary journey.

The meal commenced with their signature mushroom noodles, a dish that immediately captivated us with its earthy flavors and perfectly cooked noodles. This delightful start was followed by a selection of meats that were a true showcase of culinary excellence. The Adana Kebab, Cop Sis, Kaburga Kebab, and Pirzola each stood out for their succulent flavors, high-quality ingredients, and unmistakable freshness. The attention to detail in the preparation and presentation of these dishes was remarkable.

Accompanying our main courses was a variety of meze that proved to be a revelation. The fresh, vibrant flavors of these dishes perfectly balanced the richness of the meats, embodying the culinary heritage of Turkey with every bite.

No meal at Dede Restaurant would be complete without the traditional Ayran and Şalgam, which provided refreshing and bold flavors that complemented the feast. The meal was rounded off with fresh and hot Turkish tea, offering a heartwarming conclusion to our dining experience.

The sweet finale to our meal was an indulgence in Kadayif and Katmer for dessert. Each dessert was a masterpiece of taste and texture, leaving a lasting impression on our palates.

The service at Dede Restaurant was exceptional. The staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was second to none. It’s evident that customer satisfaction is a top priority here.

A must-try experience! The first time I came here, I was impressed by the amount of side dishes and especially pasta 🍝 Actually some people go there just to order pasta because it is delicious. The atmosphere is refreshing and the restaurant is huge with a while crew serving you on the spot. The food gets ready in 10-15 minutes maximum. And you can refill any of the side dishes free of charge. I found the liver chops to be a bit dry to my taste, but the Adana kebap is definitely worth the try. The menu has multiple items but they are almost the same when it comes to Adana kebap varieties. You’ll find that one is with garlic and the other is not or one is a portion and the other is a portion and a half. Maybe they can add these explanations next to the items or photos so it can be clear. I ordered Beyti kebap expecting it to br wrapped and folded then cut in pieces but it came as the normal Adana kebap with garlic for example. I haven’t tried their desserts yet but I took a video to show you how it looks like. Every time I go, the place looks better and more organized. As for prices, it is around 500-600 per person with a beverage like Ayran. Many places started serving pasta as a side dish because of Dede kebap by the way so I can say that they set a trend...
