Escape Beach & Lounge — Local services in Bodrum

I have been visiting this place for over five years and have stayed at the hotel multiple times. I have no complaints about the hotel itself, but I must express my disappointment with the beach over the last two years. Firstly, the service is absolutely inadequate—extremely poor! The food isn't tasty and could be much improved. The prices, however, are relatively cheap compared to other places in the region; I think I paid about €90 per person for entry, which is reasonable.

The beach itself is stunning, and the location is top-notch! However, urgent attention is needed for the staff. The team from four years ago was exceptional—everyone was efficient and extremely friendly. Now, it seems all have been replaced with new staff who lack hospitality knowledge.

At the end of the day, I spoke to the woman who collected the entry fee and explained the situation. She offered me a complimentary drink to make amends, but I'm not one to accept such gestures lightly; I simply asked for a Turkish tea instead. Ironically, even that never arrived. Therefore, I am giving this place 2 stars: one for the hotel and one for the beach's quality. Unfortunately, everything else deserves a zero.

Also, the crowd has changed over the years—it used to be more local and European, which is no longer the case.

Good view and location, nicely decorated very good DJ (quiet and a lot of 80-90 music) entrance 75 euros is much too high, especially in relation to the mediocre kitchen/food.. pity that we as residents of gundogan and very regular guests do not get a special rate. so we and all my friends here don't come...

Je vous déconseille fortement cet endroit ! Ayant un rendez-vous d’affaires avec des clients français, ils me contactent en me disant que l’entrée leur a était refuser car ils étaient 3 garçon non accompagné de filles !!! Pour entrée dans un beach club il faut être accompagné de filles ? Je suis triste de voir que dans mon pays ce genre de comportement soit pratiquer !!!
