Best apartment complex with the best underground parking you can find in istanbul. Getting in and out is very easy. Very convenient location. There is a Migros and many cafes and restaurants nearby. 2 minutes from the bus stop to take you to mall of istanbul and other locations.

There is a gym with indoor pool.

The apartments are on the high end side and clean. The corridors and elevators are kept clean.

The side towards the main road is noisy a little bit because of the traffic. It is not a major inconvenience since the doors and windows are well insulated for noise.

Security is very strict about who can go in to the complex.

The apartments have good kitchen and bathrooms. They used the best materials in both.

All in all it is good choice to buy apartments from this company. They care about quality and design.

I only wish the master bedroom was a little wider. If you buy a bedroom set, don’t buy a bed mattress bigger than 169x200 and make sure your clothes closet no wider than 200 cm so that you can have enough room to go in...

Kalp ve panik atak problemi olanlar için tehlikeli. Komşular gürültü kurallarına dikkat etmiyor evde yüksek sesli müzik açabiliyor. Uyarılsa da belli aralıklarla yine yapılıyor. Site yakınında 2 tane ucuz düğün salonu var. Her haftasonu ucuz müzik gürültüsüne maruz kalıyorsunuz. Sitede oturan çok fazla göçmen var. Park halka açık olduğu için futbol sahasını sürekli küfrederek kullanan...
