I went with my family here and was skeptical about the place based on the reviews however, I had a fantastic time and experience. From the time we entered the spa we were really well taken care of. The whole experience is quite long, we were there for about 120-180 minutes but it was worth it, all the treatments were in depth and up to par. I've had a Moroccan hammam before but this was much better will a variety of treatments. During her massage my mum was asked if she'd like another treatment due to her back being "tense" so the reviews are accurate on that but once she declined that was that. I'd definitely recommend coming here especially if you're staying at a hotel, all inclusive as this gives you much better value for your money. The only thing I'd suggest is that the once you start the experience, those guiding you should be wary that it's not just Eastern Europeans and/ Turkish people there, they spoke in dialects we couldn't understand so sometimes we're unsure of what we were being asked to do/go but not everything is perfect. The one thing I didn't enjoy and this isn't about the establishment so much but my family and I are black and many of the other attendees were Eastern European and Turkish and unfortunately, there was blatant and clear racism from them, not all but a lot towards us. Some attendees would basically sit on top of each other in the sauna/steam room to not be near us, we were constantly stared at like we were exotic animals in a zoo and I'd really bothered, this could have ruined our experience and overall rating but again, unfortunately, this is what we sometimes have to expect when travelling whilst black. One lady asked us "you Conga" smh. It would be nice if the establishment could make clear that everyone, no matter race or creed is welcome but aside from that, the actual experience from the spa was wonderful, would definitely recommend.

They upsell you an extra massage (right in the middle of your massage), never clarify the total price, and then make you pay an unreasonable cost. When we requested a price list, they provided a crazy price that is unthinkable for a small village in Turkey like this one: 1800 euros for 180 minutes of massage. Like, who are you trying to fool here? :) Glad I didn't order anything extra but they made my mom pay 100 euro for 50 minutes of massage. Needless to say the experience was extremely frustrating due to the fact that they are just making fools out of their customers. Not a good business. Shame on you.

This was a 1st true turkish bath experience, sauna and steam room, hot tub baths, then exfoliating scrub, then wash, pillow case of bubbles and wash was an experience. Face pack then a full body massage which i upgraded was great. You don't have to upgrade but I chose to. The original massage is also just fine. Worth a visit for sure. bit like a production line of people

TURIST TRAP ALERT I had a terrible experience with this place, went there on my own (solo female). Left in tears. My hotel recommended this place for Thai massage. I came in with hopes to get Thai massage and body scrub. A girl sold me ‘packet 3’ (spa+body scrub+Thai massage, 50 euro total), and I prepared to relax. Little did I know how stressful this whole experience would be for me. First of all, a young Turkish man was giving me a body scrub. He put very little effort and instead of previously promised 20 min it was just about 5. I had much better experiences elsewhere previously.

The worst part started when they took me down to the basement floor for my massage. After about 5-8 minute of massaging by a young Turkish guy, he left the room and asked me to wait one minute. He returned with the lady who sold me the packet 3 and he wanted her to translate to me about my many terrible issues (“salt in my shoulder, water in my legs, pinched disc in my back, and sciatica” was his diagnosis after working on my body for 5-8 min). Lady suggested I pay additional 350 euro and the guy (she referred to him as master) will fix my issues once and for all, for life. I’m in shock, said no, she then said they will give me discount and only I will have to pay 150 euro extra. I said no, they both started pressuring me VERY aggressively to buy extra massage from him using all different kinds of manipulations possible. Mind you I’m laying covered in just a towel, the Turkish dude on my one side and the girl on the other side standing and aggressively pressuring me to agree to more services. Very uncomfortable. I wanted to leave actually right then and I wish I did just that. I repeatedly said “no”. Repeatedly stated I only wanted services I agreed to initially (packet 3). Instead of agreeing with my request, girl would each time tell me about my “many terrible issues need fixing” and that Thai massage would just be a “little stretch” and I need something more serious. Mind you I’m an athletic female, don’t have serious issues, just normal life wear and tear. Despite me asking to stick with my packet 3 choice, they wouldn’t agree with it. They pretty much bullied me to say how much money I would be able to pay. I made a mistake I mentioned I only have like $80 and can not really afford anything they were offering and just wanted my packed 3. With new found energy they both jumped on the $80 that I mentioned and pretty much manipulated me into “buying extra” for $80). In addition the girl says- you get this new packet and we will skip Thai massage, ok? I said I didn’t want to skip Thai massage, and that’s what I came here for originally, and again I asked to just do packet 3, no extras, but she wouldn’t take my answer, explaining it would not be good for me now. She continued to pressure me until I said okay sure. Let’s just get it over with. Turkish guy finally proceeded with his so so massage, which I didn’t really enjoy because I felt stressed and uncomfortable due to their prior aggressive manipulation and his overall performance was kind of lazy. When I finally came up to pay, they told me they want me to pay for both, packet 3 (50 euro) plus 80 euro (despite we talked $80). I was shocked to hear that they wanted me to also pay for Thai massage that they forced me to “refuse”. The girl says she has to fully charge me for packet 3, despite not giving me Thai massage, and that I myself said I was willing to skip it. This was BS. I refused to pay. I started making a scene. A big Turkish dude came to “help me”. He agreed to not count the Thai massage and “only” charged me for massage I didn’t want (80 euro) plus a partial packet 3. I ended up leaving highly upset, frustrated and paid more than twice the amount I originally planned to pay. I think they noted I was a solo female and English speaker, and prayed on me as hard as they could. Such greedy people, disgusting people. It felt like it was mafia and a complete scam to me. Quality of the actual services I received was poor. STAY AWAY. DON’T COME...

My girlfriend and I visited the Ottoman Turkish Spa today, and we had an amazing time. From the moment we entered the building, the staff were incredibly welcoming, separating us into groups based on language preferences so they could speak to us in English. They patiently explained everything about the experience, ensuring we felt comfortable and informed.

The spa itself is impeccably clean and tidy, with calming music and delightful aromas enhancing the atmosphere. We initially opted for the basic package, which included a 20-minute relaxation massage. However, we were so impressed that we decided to upgrade. As a master's degree exercise therapist, I can confidently say that the massage therapists here are exceptionally skilled. They accurately identified and addressed our tight muscle areas, confirming what I already knew about my own tension points. My girlfriend also received precise and effective treatment.

Our massage therapists, Tidal and Pilal, did an outstanding job. Additionally, Murat and Bilal, who work in the Hamam, provided us with an authentic and invigorating Turkish spa experience. Overall, the professionalism, expertise, and hospitality at the Ottoman Turkish Spa made our visit unforgettable. Highly recommended!

I don’t have any photos because we packed everything in a backpack and locked it away. It felt refreshing to fully enjoy the experience without phones. I highly recommend disconnecting from social media and fully immersing yourself in this...
