I went to Beldibi Turkish Baths. The ladies were speaking really rudely to other customers, putting them down in front of others. Shouting at each other. The scrub and foam massage was done in a room where there were about another 10 adults, and some children around weren't very relaxing. Staff did not tell the other people to be quiet they were getting louder and louder. My friends scrub and foam lasted about 10 minutes or less. Hoda done hers she said it felt rushed and she wasn't listening to her. After it was done, we were led out me and my friend ended up in 2 different areas. When I asked where my friend was, the lady scared her. She told her I was asking for her and told her to hurry up and be quick in a tone that sounded like something had happened to me my friend panicked and came rushing to me just to find me sat there. We then waited another 20 minutes for the massage mine went well the lady that done my friends took a break to have a cigarette whilst in the middle of doing my friends massage. We only found out because one of the girls who had come for the massage spoke turkish and told us. There was also another argument before the massage of the girls and one of the workers again. Discussions like prices should be done before any experiences was awkward every time they were talking about it.

Amazing bath experience.

Wow, wow, wow. Absolutely incredible experience! Everything was above and beyond perfect! Firstly, we were greeted by the lovely Kadir (as seen in the photo) who was full of so much charisma and talked us through the whole experience with professionalism and honesty. After I expressed how much I loved the mango body scrub, he was kind enough to give me some to take back to England as a happy birthday treat. What an angel! Hamza was wonderful and made my Turkish bath an absolute delight (no pun intended) The main star of the event was the lovely Afi, I have experienced many massages before but none as gentle and as relaxing as hers, she works with a delicacy that is on another planet. And last, but certainly not least, Fatima, the manager of the spa. I’ve had the pleasure of having Turkish baths with Fatima many times in the past and she has always been so incredibly kind to me and my family. No wonder the staff are so good at what they do, they work under fine management! Thank you so much guys, we will be back again soon!

We booked a 'VIP' experience at £25 each which included additional massage and face mask, thinking this would avoid them pushing additional treatments when we got there. Unfortunately not. When we arrived, we were taken aside into a separate room and given the hard sell; it was another £55 for the full package. By saying no (after about 10 mins sell), I feel we were really treated as second class citizens all day.

We were shown to a shared locker room (male and female) which was fine as I already had my swimwear on, but not ideal for people getting changed at the end of the experience, and my husband and I shared a locker. We were then taken to a sauna and just left in there for as long as we wanted. When we'd had enough of the sauna we went back to the waiting area but it was not clear what we were supposed to do. It seemed to be a free for all, with people arriving at different times. After several minutes someone took us to the Turkish bath area. In there the men were picking people to go next, but this was not in order and lots of people went before us. I assumed they had the full package and we did not, so they were being prioritised. We probably sat for 30 minutes before our turn. The men were not consistent and my experience was half the time of others, including my husband.

Once this was over we went back to the waiting room and sat for a few mins before going for our massage. The woman doing mine and the man doing my husbands flirted for the entire time, at one point I could see then playing footsie and there was lots of giggling, so all in all not a very relaxing experience.

Back to the waiting room where we were told we could get dressed and go home. We had to ask for the face mask which they put on quickly in the waiting area and told us to wash off ourselves.

Our driver was having his dinner so we had to wait at least 20-30 mins for him to take us back to the hotel.

The building itself looked lovely but we had a much better experience in other turkish baths we visited in the same week. If you are willing to pay for the additional package then its probably a lovely day, but if not, I would recommend...

CONJUNCTIVITIS AND COUGH:

We booked with Jet2 and they don't tell you the name of the place. We arrived and immediately get the very insistent hard sell to try and get you to purchase more as you only get a 15 minute massage included with the booking. We therefore purchased a massage for longer.

The Turkish bath was definitely not what we expected, that being our fault for not researching, BUT we had a very creepy old man try and flirt with us and made me feel extremely uncomfortable as he scrubs my body on this (very unsafe health and safety wise) wet stone floor. He also said "relax 😏" and cracked my back and neck in two places without me asking him to! So creepyyyy. It's also very strange having multiple people watch you as you're scrubbed in your bikini led down in this big marble room.

They told us there was a 10% card charge, which there probably wasn't, as they then gave us a free face mask. All good we thought, until they used the same brush on everyone and removed our masks with the same cloth over our eyes, giving my mum CONJUNCTIVITIS. She's therefore had to pay £60 for a doctor's prescription for eye drops.

Then we had a massage. The woman massaging me I felt sorry for as she was coughing her head off. However, she shouldn't have been working and I told her she could stop for a moment but she didn't. She proceeded to cough onto her hands and massage me with them. I had then an awful cough. They also left the door ajar whilst we had our massage meaning we heard the outside hustle of people and made it a less relaxing and private experience, especially when we were almost naked.

Overall the experience just made me anxious rather...

I keep seeing the Beldibi Turkish Bath advertised as a go to place, this was not mine and my friends experience!

Got off the coach with various other people from different hotels. Immediately my friend and I were taken into a room away from the rest of the people that were on the coach and pressure sold. I explained in addition to the spa (£17 already paid for via Jet2) I would like a facial £30 and my friend a foot massage £25. The man kept trying to get us to buy a full package for £75 each. He told us we could go to the cash machine, pay by card or pay when we're back at the hotel. When we said we didn't want it he started getting angry and sulking like a child! After the Turkish spa they take photos and you can purchase these after. The same guy was selling the photos and wanted us to pay £25, we said no and we only wanted 2 photos which cost us £10. He got angry with us and started saying " what's wrong, do you not have money". In addition to this there was a blonde lady who works at the front desk, I had asked for a female therapist and she gave me a man. I then overheard her laughing with 2 Muslim ladies about how she gave them women but she sends all the other women to the men. I was planning on getting my hair done after and my friend her eyebrows done however after this there was no chance I was going to spend another penny with these people.

Having looked at other reviews we were massively ripped off! I highly recommend that you avoid them, they clearly take the Mick and have no respect for women that are...
