I recently had the chance to go to Krclar Leather Art as part of a tour while on vacation in Turkey. In order to further inform potential guests, I would like to share my experience.
As soon as I walked inside the store, I was astounded by the extensive selection of premium leather jackets and other items on display. I bought a gorgeous leather jacket that I fell in love with in the end. The jacket is unquestionably a testimonial to the talent of the craftsmen at Krclar Leather Art because of the incredible craftsmanship and attention to detail.
The store's pricing, which ranged from mid-range to high, were a reflection of the outstanding quality of the goods. A well-made leather jacket is an investment that I think is worthwhile in the long term, even though the costs were a little high for my taste. This is especially true given its timeless appeal and durability.
I must, however, point out that the salespeople at the shop were rather persistent, which made me feel a little uneasy. Although I can appreciate their enthusiasm for their goods and desire to close a deal, I would have appreciated a more laid-back shopping experience.
In addition, I found it disappointing that our pre-planned trip included a stop at Krclar Leather Art. I would have preferred to spend my limited time in Turkey seeing an ancient historical site or discovering another facet of Turkish culture, despite the fact that the shop is unquestionably a superb demonstration of local craftsmanship.
In conclusion, Krclar Leather Art provides a great assortment of premium leather goods, and I'm happy with the purchase I made. However, some visitors might find the pushy salespeople and the store's inclusion on a guided tour to be off-putting. I suggest going to Krclar Leather Art if you're interested in buying a gorgeous leather jacket, but be prepared for the sales methods and think about going on your own terms rather than as part of a...
Read moreI’m writing this review on behalf of my dear friend, Ms. Brendolyn Dolliole, who had a very disappointing experience with this company. While traveling, she purchased a beautiful leather coat for $700 and was assured it came with a warranty. Unfortunately, once she returned to the United States and the coat became damaged, she discovered there was no reliable way to contact the company for help.
She made multiple attempts to reach out—calling numerous times only to be redirected or eventually hung up on, with no one available who spoke English. She also sent emails that were never answered. For a company selling high-end products and promising warranty support, this kind of customer service is unacceptable.
It's incredibly frustrating to spend that much money and receive no support when problems arise. Ms. Dolliole feels misled and deeply disappointed. Buyers—especially international customers—should be aware of this lack of follow-through before...
Read moreIt was a nice place and experience. My tour guide brought us to here and said this place hv good quality leather stuff with cheaper price than the market. We would be shown a mini fashion show and some of us would be invited to try run away with their leather jacket. The staff was nice and we had a little bit chitchat. I hope I had money at the time so I can bought the leather jacket from him, but so sorry currently I'm unemployed so I don't have that much money ehe. Maybe if I am visiting Turkey again in the future, I'll buy some leather...
