I came all the way from America to visit this vineyard, and unfortunately, this turned out to be the only bad experience of my trip. My friend had her 3-month-old baby with us, peacefully sleeping in the stroller, but we were told the baby couldn’t be inside.

I would understand if this rule was applied consistently, but it clearly wasn’t. They allowed 10-year-olds to play inside, yet didn’t allow a sleeping infant who obviously wasn’t going to drink wine or disturb anyone. Do they really think we’d let a 3-month-old “drink” wine — a baby who can’t even move without help?

What made it worse is that the rule seemed selective — either applied only to people who didn’t pay extra, or inconsistently enforced by staff. It left us feeling unwelcome, which is a shame because the place itself was beautiful.

We ended up going to another vineyard afterwards, and they welcomed us warmly, baby and all. That showed us this wasn’t a universal rule — just poor judgment at this...

A completely overrated and overpriced place. A five euro worth of bottle of wine which cab be purchased in every european country is offered here for about 55 euros. More than 90 percent of the main dishes are imitated Italian pizza. The flour used is standard, the supposedly burrata di bufala is not made 100 % milk of water buffalo and not fresh, the mozzarella used for pizzas is shredded and the lack of basil tops it all. The main dishes are heated in microwave and the service brings all the appetizers and main dishes at the same time. There are begging dogs near the tables bothering the customers and the road to the establishment is extremely narrow and bad. In my opinion it’s not worth the visit, especially because of the high food and...

This winery was the 4th of the 4 that we visited on our trip along the Urla Wine Road in December 2023. It is very original, it gives off a bit of antiquity and a cozy country house, with a separate tasting room, a restaurant hall and a veranda on the street. It is one of the oldest wineries in the region. The tasting is paid, you can try 3 or 4 different wines of the winery for 150 or 200 liras, respectively. Rose liked it and we bought a couple of bottles home with us. Separately, it is worth noting the restaurant, which makes awesome pizza and salad with burrata, the portions are huge, and the quality of the dishes is close to the original Italy. Delicious,...

Beautiful and peacefully. Like all Urla looks like. At Urlice we tried 4 wines for the price of 25 TL. The average price for wine tasting in the region. What I found interesting from this vineyard (also thought it in Usca, but there they use some) it’s that they don’t use turkish local grapes, at least mo that they told us, again they didn’t explain too much, just a bit of each wine. They work with red wines. Looks like all the winerys have also olive trees and probably olive oil too, but they don’t even mention it. Don’t understand this way of presenting your work, just the just so you can stay for 20 minutes or so.
