Parrot Cay

This review is of Inspirato Pass, a company that offers stays at Parrot Cay.

We joined Inspirato Pass so we could travel to Parrot Cay, and want people like us to know, if you want to travel to Parrot Cay, DO NOT sign up for Inspirato Pass.

I joined Inspirato Pass in October 2021, and quickly after joining realized that most of the trips I was interested in pursuing and were presented as options during the sales process were in fact not available. The Inspirato representatives continued to offer packages that were not of interest and held less travel value than the $2,500 per month fee. My wife and I were left considering booking options we were really not interested in, just so we wouldn’t feel like we were losing money. I realize now Inspirato Pass has a supply and demand problem, where the desirable properties just aren’t available and they have too many customers...

I've stayed at various luxury resorts across the world and this resort would be high on my list. Not because the resort is uber luxury but becuase the property itself and the staff. The property is on an island and we went during March break where they were at 100% capacity and we didn't need to wake up early to get chairs at the pool. This place is extremely relaxing. There were a ton of celebrities and models staying here but everyone felt like family. Speaking of family it's a great place for families, they have programs and a kids club. The staff is the second reason why I give this place 5 stars. All the staff knows the names of their guests (even people I don't think I met before) they go out of their way to make sure everyone was happy. 4 of the employees really went above and beyond (Pande, Gustu and Evangelous and Rikardus). Their Offer for exclusive rates on 4 night stays or more on their website is misleading!! I was told there is availability for our anticipated dates for 6 nights but when I asked about their Offer I was told there is none because the "hotel is mostly booked". I was then disconnected from the person I was speaking to when I asked to speak to their Manager. We have stayed here in the past and am very surprised and disappointed considering these rates. Perhaps things have changed...
