Abysmal service with ridiculous prices.

Me and my husband popped in here whilst waiting for our flight. First thing I noticed was the startling amount of dirty plates left lying around on tables and no waitresses in sight. After walking upto the counter to order, I solved the mystery of the missing staff! They were all hiding behind the bar watching youtube videos on their phones. I sheepishly stood there for about 5 minutes, listening to them giggling before one sighed and decided to pay me any attention. Poor girl was visibly annoyed that I had disturbed her from her fun. Whilst she was preparing my salad, other customers were waiting. She had to call her collegues about three times to take their order. All of whom were ignoring her and continued watching videos. They could hear her perfectly well, I was standing right to them. I eventually recieved my salad, reheated pizza slices and bottles of cola (albeit unopened with no glasses). Food was ok and that's the only star I'm giving. Also to note, everything is self service; no where is this indictated anywhere. Unfortunely Lviv airport has a very limited number of restaurants, I would recommend you stay clear of this one. Unless of course you like shoddy service, overpriced food and...

The cafe is located in the free zone, the departure lounge of international flights. Here you will be offered hot dishes, sandwiches, salads and of course sweets for every taste. On the one hand, the prices here are unreasonably high, and the taste of dishes is mediocre. On the other hand, other airport cafes are even worse. So, despite the disadvantages, it remains the best place to spend time at waiting...

Не смачна кава зовсім. Була в аеропорту 3 дня тому замовила капучіно . Кава дуже розбавлена водою і молоко невміють взбити. Получився водянистий смак. Я дома краще роблю і це мені не коштує 60 грн. Півтора роки тому також мені подали капучіно з невзбитим молоком . Сказали що машинка поламалася. То краще сказати щоб щось інше замовила. Це мабуть найгірша кава яку я пила. І ще й в аеропорту продають. А ціна більша ніж в Італії....
