To the management of [Fun City Abu Dhabi Mall ] / To Whom It May Concern,

I would like to formally file a complaint regarding a distressing experience I had at [Fun City ] on [07 June 2025].

I took my 4-year-old son to the children’s play area. After just ten minutes, I received a call from my older daughter, informing me that her younger brother was being hit by three older boys inside the play zone. I immediately went to check and found my son crying intensely. Both he and his sister confirmed he had been assaulted.

Upon entering the play area, I found it overcrowded and chaotic, with no visible supervision from staff or management. In less than a minute, and right in front of me, my son was again injured — this time on his face, near his eye — by a large foam cube being thrown recklessly by older children, used like a football among younger kids.

I submitted a complaint to the on-duty supervisor and the manager, and we left the facility immediately. I am deeply concerned by the lack of proper safety measures and supervision, especially in a place intended for young children.

Kids Area Experience

I recently visited the kid's area and was extremely disappointed with the service. A member of the team was very rude and clearly does not understand what customer service means. My wife and son, an 8-year-old with special needs, were treated very poorly by this individual. When I spoke to him about his behavior, he acted very aggressively towards me.

I requested to speak with the manager immediately, but it took almost 20 minutes for her to attend to us. When she finally arrived, she said she would check the CCTV footage and get in touch with us. However, she did not provide any feedback or apologize for the incident, making the environment feel unsafe for our children.

This experience has left us feeling extremely upset and concerned about the lack of proper customer service and management response at your establishment. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure a safer and more respectful environment for...

I recently visited Fun City at Abu Dhabi Mall and had a fantastic time! The variety of games and activities provided a thrilling experience for both kids and adults alike. The staff was friendly, and the overall atmosphere was lively and enjoyable.

( One Important Suggestion is the Deadstorm Pirate game, which was incredibly fun and One Of My Favourite Game However, I would like to suggest (𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺/𝗺𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗱.) During our game, light entering the room affected the overall experience. Curtains would help create a more immersive atmosphere, enhancing the excitement and making the game even more enjoyable for everyone :) I Hope The Next Time I Visit I Can See Curtains on the Game And Play It With A Way Better Experience
