The mall has three levels of shops and is services by two sets of escalators and two elevators.
There is underground parking and also outdoor parking areas but these days it's getting harder to find a place to park even during off peak daytime hours. This may be due to other commercial offices, a hotel and restaurant that adjoin the mall.
A waterless car cleaning service is also available in the basement parking area starting from AED16 for small cars and AED 21 for larger cars.
On the ground floor can be found a branch of the FAB bank, some foreign exchange and fund transfer servings, pharmacy, an Etisalat sales office, pizza place, ATM machines, coffee shops, perfumes, clothing stores and a large lulu supermarket.
The middle floor has a lulu's department store, la brioche cafe, donuts and ice cream shops, optical stores, shoe shop, sports and clothing stores, large clothing stores such as red tag and safeer.
The top floor features the food court with places like MacDonalds, SFC, Burger Hut, sub way, Kerala Indian food. There is the Indian palace restaurant and a Lebanese restaurant. Also can be found is a computer shop, al bustan bag shop, book shop and Gold's gym.
