Got my licensed after 5 months and i would like to thank Ms. Shaheen in schedule dept for being friendly and helful for me, also i want to thank some instructors who helped me...Ms.Hawa for being nice instructor. Thank u also Ms. Crisanta, just 2 days with her but she taught me a lot and thank u very much Mr. Ahmed Awad for teaching and guiding me throughout my driving journey.. i highly recommend this 3 instructors trom alkhail gate branch

However, i had bad experienced on my first instructor, my "KABAYAN" Maricel, to think we are same from philippines but she gave me worst experienced. Guys i am zero knowledge in driving but on my first day driving outside the school she wants me to be perfectly on the middle of my lane,how?? And if i will turn right or left ofcourse still im afraid to hit the curb so i will drive far from that but she will scold me and she will forcely open her car door on the middle of the road,i think that day 4 times she forcely opened door and keep telling me that its still too much gap and why im very afraid on it, ofcourse im only on my first day driving on the road! On that day i have 2 hrs class with her but for whole 1 hour and 30mins she continously shouting me and asking me what im doing and i should have common sense. It caused me too much trauma, i cried in front of her and even when im already in room still im crying and almost give up on it but im thinking i paid 8000 plus and i worked hard to earn that money so i should not quit. So i just told to my friend in my office who has contact on the school to change only instructor, she asked me if i want to complain but i told her its no need because i dont want that Maricel to have trouble.. One day one person from RTA also came to me while im waiting for my class, he's doing survey about school and asked me few questions like if instructors are friendly and have respect, that time still i said yes and never complain about Maricel but im more disappointed with her because everytime i will see her in school and i will smile, she's showing me face like she want to punch me and just recently she knew im there in washroom and she's talking to one person there and keep telling that she's always in Hr dept. for me to hear it.. She cant be instructor especially to a zero knowledge in...

[UPDATE: You mentioned in the comment that this is a specific situation. This is not a specific situation. This situation is for every student. It's just that people are ignorant of what they are supposed to get for the money they are paying.

[UPDATE: this driving center is simply cheating and robbing. They take ignorance of the students for granted. I was supposed to be trained for 4 hours (eight classes each 30 mins). They booked 1 hour each for four days. You know what? They take you only one round on the road for 10 mins each day. Having completed my classes, I complained to the branch manager today. But, this fellow is very rude and cunning. He says that they'll not spoon feed every information and that I have to ask and get the information. The trainers want to ensure you don't complete the training within three months so that you have to renew your registration and they can make more money. Branch manager here just ignored my complaints as if they are nothing and I'm making them up. It's very clear that he's aware of all the happenings. They took me for assessment and trainer says I'll not fail you but, you just take 4 more classes (2 hours). Very smart. You trained me for 40 mins (each day 10 mins for 4 days) instead of 240 mins (each day 60 mins for 4 days). How on earth anyone is gonna pass the road test with such poor training? You'll answer for all these.

[UPDATE: Trainers ask you to come at 8 am even though class is booked for 3 pm. When you go at 8 am for their convenience, they say they are occupied with something else and ask if you can come at 3 pm. Then, they say we'll do your classes together tomorrow.]

Worst training center for motor cycle! Why? Because trainers don't tell you this, "examiner is going to strangle you in the name of checking your helmet and fail you so, it's better you strangle yourself to death with the helmet strap before to pass the test". There goes my hard earned money of AED 850 for extra classes and retest. Anyways, Easy Money for the training center. You'll survive, not the ones training in...

I just passed my RTA final test today, in first attempt.. This was my dream! By God’s grace and proper training from my instructors, I have got my UAE Driving license!! Lovely experience with Dubai Driving School Al Khail Branch.

Would like to mention, the entire staff starting from the reception, the officers, the instructors, the Master trainers, the transportation team, everyone are really helpful, so kind and friendly! Never had a bad experience from anyone! I have been very nervous especially during the RTA tests. I had failed the RTA parking test a few times. I cleared all parking except for my garage parking, in the 2nd attempt. But garage parking I cleared only on my 5th attempt. I must mention the support I received from all the yard test team members.. Every time I failed and was upset they comforted me and prepared me for the next without getting upset or irritated.

I need to mention and thank a few! Starting from the accounting staff especially Libin, my instructors, Abdulla Ramachandran Sir, Babu Raj Sir, Praveen, and finally Crisanta Ma’am. Every time one of the instructor was on vacation I chose the next one and God provided me with the best instructors every time! All of them were the best! Especially CRISANTA Ma’am! The best instructor!! I did my final classes with Ma’am, she was very patient and explained every points very well! All my instructors were kind and made me comfortable throughout! Then the Assessment officers Sharif Sir, Musafar Sir and a few more ( forgot their names) Master trainer Nadeem Sir, Then the class/ test booking team, Shaheen Ma’am. The entire transportation team. Each and every person I met in DDC are so kind and supportive!

I Would DEFINITELY recommend DDC Al Khail Branch and the instructors mentioned above!
