I went to give my car Maserati Ghibli for a major service with them

I’m very impressed and happy with their service, it was great working with Kinan and his team. They’re very transparent and caring with you as a customer and with your car.

When I go to garage I’m always unsure if I can trust a garage or not. In Fixhive, they proved that they are trustworthy. More importantly they will not rip you off to do unnecessary work and stuff.

They are proactive in updating you. They tell what’s happening with your car, fast service and timely updates. They will use high quality and original parts and show that they do. Garage is super clean and they all have necessary tools and equipments to do your service properly.

Must be award given for them as WORST garage in the town pretending them self are advanced repairing all types of cars , Just stay away from them because of following :

1 ) If you want to sacrifice your car and damage it go ahead due to no mechanic experts . 2 ) To replace a part you have to wait ages . 3 ) No bills gets recorded in their system , it appears like they are just thinking for customers to pay . 4 ) The Egyptian service advisor doesn't even know where exactly he is ! Talking with him english or arabic is pointless because he doesn't understand anything !. Horrible . 5 ) All their promises are just lies . 6 ) Zero knowledge about cars and extreme lack of experience .

Dont get deceived by the beautiful decoration and waiting area , But the real quality of their work is disaster ....

Top notch service, impeccable customer dealing. I had to get some work done for my suspension. Checked with two other garages but the prices were shocking. Checked with Kinan on phone & the prices which he quoted were a relief. I dropped the car & asked them to do a detail checkup. Promptly fixed the issue without pulling up any extra work to mint more money which is normally the case. However, pointed out that keep in mind what other issues may arise in future so plan for that accordingly. Loved this thing that they are actually providing value through helping you out instead of focusing on how they can cash in...
