Hatta terrace gate — Local services in Dubai

We were extremely disappointed with our stay at Hatta Terrace. The cleanliness was shockingly poor, with one of our rooms full of strange insects all over the bed. This forced us to leave that room and squeeze into the other rooms. To make matters worse, we found a dead lizard that seemed to have been there for weeks.

The issues didn’t stop there. In one of the rooms, none of the sockets were working, which made it impossible to charge our phones or use the hair dryers. The overall quality of the villa did not match the pictures at all, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Additionally, as a group of girls, we were extremely uncomfortable when we saw two men inside the retreat. This was both shocking and unacceptable. The villa was also under construction, which was not mentioned beforehand; had we known about this, we definitely would not...
