Delivered fiddle leaf fig plant 18cms size. The size mentioned on the website was 20-30 cms. When I questioned over the size, they claim that I should be measuring the size of the plants from the roots. Satin Pothos were delivered with damaged and wilted leaves. 2 velvet Pothos 30-40cms big, with 2 different sizes, one half the size of other. When asked for return which should be done within 24hours, they left the plants with me for 6 days with no communication at all and then call me after 6 days for pick up. Every issue I raised, they just kept giving me hundreds of reasons. Just so annoyed with their service. It’s hot outside so I kept the plants in and cared for them for a week so they don’t die since I didn’t know when they will come for pick up. The person I spoke to said I didn’t have to care for the plants. I don’t get these people. And now I have to pay 15 aed for pick up charges. These are the kind of people I had to deal with. Annoyed and upset to say the least. Pathetic service. I’m sure others might not have had an experience like mine, but I would suggest reading their ridiculous return and refund policy clearly before making...
